He even told my husband "I can tell you what you don't have, you don't have a brain tumor". He did not want to see my husband for a year and we had to go to the internist to get a later MRI. My husband wasn't properly diagnosed them treated for 9 months. Perhaps if Dr Maldonado had not been so neglectful, my husband would still be alive. Of course, he never acknowledged my husband's passing. He is the worst kind of doctor, the kind that buries his mistakes. Do NOT go to him and if you do, change doctors!

I came into her office very worried and distraught due to increase memory loss, with concerns of early dementia. During my cognitive test, I became very emotional and overwhelmed because I was struggling to get through the test. She told me to stop crying. She was very calloused and mean, she made the comment that I did not loose any money so why would I cry. She gave me a spinal tap. Someone rushes in, and says sign this form. No explanations, no prompting on potential risks and side effects. She thought it was funny that I jumped when she inserted the needle in pain and laughed that it hurt. They handed me a paper with side effects. I ended up in bed for a week very sick.

She also put 0 effort or care in the FMLA paperwork, messing it up with wrong accounts of the visit, as well as contradictory statements. Our surgeon specifically is Dr. John D Day, and he has saved my wife's life two times now. And we are eternally grateful to have her care continue to be in his steady hands. Staff is friendly and appointments arw always on time (you won't usually wait here for an extended period of time beyond your scheduled appointment). While we trust Dr. Day and Nexus... I honestly hope that none of you ever have to go there (if that makes sense).
