She is rude. Rude to her own employees, they walk on eggshells, because no one can be right except her. I felt like immediately she did not like me by the conversation and her tone of voice. I came into her office very worried and distraught due to increase memory loss, with concerns of early dementia. During my cognitive test, I became very emotional and overwhelmed because I was struggling to get through the test. She told me to stop crying. She was very calloused and mean, she made the comment that I did not loose any money so why would I cry. She gave me a spinal tap. Someone rushes in, and says sign this form. No explanations, no prompting on potential risks and side effects. She thought it was funny that I jumped when she inserted the needle in pain and laughed that it hurt. They handed me a paper with side effects. I ended up in bed for a week very sick. read more

Her god awful bedside manner would be excusable if she even TRIED to do anything to help. She took my money for the appointment and FMLA papers. She then refused to do anything until I pushed for at least conduction testing. She also put 0 effort or care in the FMLA paperwork, messing it up with wrong accounts of the visit, as well as contradictory statements. I don't normally feel concern from doctors, but if it was possible to give less than 0 shits, Eze would discover how to do it. read more

Awful. Flew from across the country to be with parent getting dementia testing results. Arrived 20 minutes early for appointment and co-pay was immediately collected. Then sat until 40 minutes after appointment time before being called back. The tech we talked to initially seemed concerned and thorough. He collected information about my mother's living conditions (lives alone, still driving) and went to get Dr. Eze. She spent less than 5 minutes with us- just said tests were inconclusive, continue on standard dementia meds and see her in six months. Completely dismissed concurrent diagnosis of severe sleep apnea, despite ample articles online discussing a link and how sleep apnea treatment can help with dementia. Did not discuss treatment plan, stages of dementia, what my mother can/cannot do, despite being told I made a trip especially for this appointment. The kicker came when I called a week later for a letter our attorney requested saying my mother was still able to sign a power of attorney. Dr. Eze refused. So my mother is competent to live alone and drive without any intervention or comment, but not to sign a POA? We are finding a new doctor and absolutely do not recommend Dr. Eze. read more

She is the dumbest most irresponsible doctor I've ever had and I have had a lot in my life. She changed my prescription and then denied it So she couldn't be held responsible for the seizures I had. Using her as your neurologist is truly dangerous. If you research her malpractice history you can see for yourself. This doctor is unconcerned, absent, irresponsible, doesn't understand that the patient comes first and that she needs to be on top of ALL requests - requests for increase in medication and requests for prescription renewals from the pharmacy. I don't know whether she is completely irresponsible, couldn't be bothered with responding to a pharmacy, doesn't give a shit, or is trying to get rid of a patient. I will say in my all of my years, I have never had a more incompetent doctor than her. Keep looking for a neurologist. My guess is that will be easy to find someone better than her. read more

Today, I had an appointment.. My appointment is was at 10:30 am this morning but people were getting called before, when I came in before them. When I went to ask about my appointment the lady that checked me in said that since, I came in early I had too wait for two hours for my appointment. That place over booked patients, so when another patient got in I left. That ridiculous three people got in knowing that I should have been called in. Needless too say I walked out. I'm really upset with that place for their lack of booking skills. I like my doctor but because of her I'll think about going back???? read more

My first visit there, it took us three hours to drive to El Paso since we live in a small small town where we have no specialists. She came into the room like a whirlwind, introduced herself, looked at my records and recommended that I get back on botox shots since they worked for me in the past. I liked her since she was very straight forward and didn't mess around trying to suggest other therapy's. I can't wait till I get the call that the botox is in and can set up the appointment for the shots. Not looking forward to the drive but it is what it is. read more

This doctor has been seeing my Dad for a few months now. However, the attention she has given my father is subpar. Upon arrival she would not check his vitals, and to make the story short she wouldn't even get out of her chair! I highly recommend viewing other neurologist for you or your loved one because I am highly dissatisfied with the quality of service she has given my father. read more

I found this doctor to be dismissive and dangerous. When I was urgently referred to a neurologist and she was the only one locally I could get in to see. Rather than trying to discover the issue, she questioned why I was there and what I wanted her to do. I guess if I knew that I would tell her - I had a referral for neurological evaluation only to be told nothing she could do and i likely just have anxiety. My symptoms continued. I found another neurologist who diagnosed and put together a treatment plan for the neurological disorder. If I listened to Dr. Eze and didn't keep investigating, I'm not sure if I'd still be here. Stay away - she made me feel I was a burden and dismissed all symptoms. Besides, she really doesn't have time for patients as she spends more time on the phone than talking with her patients. read more
