After extensive attempts to resolve the matter directly with the store, I filed a credit card dispute for merchandise not received, and the dispute was resolved in my favor. After reading other reviews on BBB and Houzz, my experience does not appear to be isolated. Multiple delivery dates were discussed and/or confirmed throughout February 2026, but each date passed without delivery. Communication was inconsistent, and many calls, texts, and requests for updates either went unanswered or were met with explanations as to why delivery could not occur as promised. At one point the store acknowledged the delays, apologized, and offered a 20% discount, but the furniture was still not delivered and the discount was never credited. Delays can happen with custom furniture, but customers deserve honest communication, realistic expectations, and follow-through after paying substantial amounts upfront. I encourage potential customers to carefully review all available customer feedback before making a purchase.
