Last year we worked with her on two projects: Designing my mother in law's bedroom in an Assisted Living Home in Somerset and selling my MIL's townhome in New Brunswick. After discussing our plan, Diana presented us with a room design along with links to the items we would purchase to furnish the room. She even incorporated some of my MIL's items to add a familiar touch. She helped us set up the room and install the curtain rods. I loved how the room turned out and more importantly, my MIL was really happy and enjoyed the space. Our next project was preparing and selling my MIL's townhome. We met via Zoom to discuss our checklist and to do's. She walked us through the entire process and we slowly prepared the home for sale. First step was de-cluttering. With her recommendations, we removed the carpets and added vinyl flooring, along with painting the entire house. Diana and her team came in and worked their staging magic. A professional photographer came in for the listing photos and videos and the Open House was a success. We had no idea of our budget, style house, or area we wanted to settle down in. From the very beginning, Alex was very patient with us and helped us find our perfect house. He hooked us up with the people we needed during the process as well... for example, attorney/ lender. Every weekend or weekday we were available him or a team member Denise who was also lovely would show us houses ... there were times where I wanted to see upwards of 15 houses on one weekend, and he made it happen. My husband and I are very picky and also have a 20 month old that we would bring along as well, which he was very accommodating to. Also, we had a deal fall through because the sellers were not so great and didn't want to offer repair cost. It didn't matter we got right back on the hunt the same weekend & found our house that weekend! Not to mention he lent us the U-Haul free of charge for however long we needed. We received very thoughtful gifts when we closed & it was truly beautiful. Alex has truly went above and beyond for us. I know this review is long but when you're looking for a realtor, it's so hard to find the right one. We got extremely lucky with having our first realtor experience be such an amazing one. My wife works a demanding job in the city so we needed to find somewhere very close to the train station to make the commute manageable. What's more, we have a baby at home and I work at Princeton University as a professor, so we needed to find a safe neighborhood within commuting distance to downtown Princeton, with good schools, easy access to daycare. To top it all off, we were moving from California and so were on a very tight schedule to tour houses.
