Kathryn is by far the best! After attempting to work with several realtors on our recent cross country move from CA to NJ, my frustration level continued to rise. All were half-hearted in their attempts to address my needs and wants, and knew less than I did about their own markets. It was awful! When I contacted Kathryn about one of her listings, I immediately felt that she was different. Despite Kathryn not taking part in a USAA Buyer's Advantage program, in which I would get money back toward our purchase, I decided to use Kathryn exclusively. That's how comfortable I was with her! And despite being a top performer for her company, she always had time for me, even when my search dragged on for months! Not only was she extremely helpful during my long distance house hunt, she happily and without complaint drove all over central NJ with my 80 year old mom, and even more cantankerous 85 year old aunt, who were assisting in the hunt. When I finally arrived in NJ, after backing out of a home the day before closing (mold), she continued to lead my search for the right house, the challenge being far more difficult than it might have been, as I struggled to accommodate my special needs animals. Never once did Kathryn discount how important their needs were to me, unlike other realtors, who simply dismissed my concerns about the number of steps into the home, a flat yard, etc. Then, when negotiations stalled on our targeted home, she got the job done and we closed the deal. Throughout the closing process, Kathryn gave expert advice, yet always deferred to my wishes or desired course of action, even if it differed from her suggested path. He remained my Real Estate Agent in several different capacities for the next 10 years or so. He was my Property Manager for the main bulk of time, and then when I was ready to sell, he easily slipped into being the Seller's Agent and represented me while I lived several hours away. During the time he was my Property Manager, Mike kept the condo full. I had a very good rate as far as low vacancy. He took care of issues as they came up and was very responsive (phone, text and email). He charged a fair rate as far as his commissions and would make sure I was happy with the final amount. As my Real Estate Agent, he found buyer's within a month, and we closed last week. It was a smooth sale, no glitches along the way from start to finish. Mike has a lot of connections in the area, and was always able to get the reliable handyman, Sears guy, or chimney sweep whenever needed, which is a big relief when, as the owner, you live hundreds of miles away from your property. I would recommend him in either role (Property Manager or Real Estate Agent).

As a first-time homebuyer, I wasn't aware of many details--how things work with lenders, mortgages, titles, inspections, etc. Rahul guided me through it all. He was always easy to reach via text or phone. Even if he missed a call, he would make sure to call back and check on my questions. We finalized our home in March 2025 and closed at the end of May (ironically, I found the listing myself on Zillow--haha!). But throughout the entire purchase process, whether it was dealing with the seller's agent, attorney, or mortgage lender, Rahul made it much easier for me. Even after closing, I'm still in touch with Rahul for various home-related questions. He continues to guide me and has even referred me to reliable contractors. Let me first note that this review is long overdue as Dyanna helped my partner and I find our house that we closed on in early December 2023. I think part of the reason it took me a while to write this review is to make sure that I included all of the wonderful things Dyanna did to make this very intimidating process as straightforward and easy as possible. We actually started our home search with Dyanna about a year before we ended up buying but had to put it on pause due to budgetary restraints. Through that first process we knew we loved Dyanna as she was so pleasant, kind, and understanding. She made sure to explain every step of the process to us and never made us feel like we were clueless (even though we definitely were for a long part of the process). So after seeing a few houses with her we decided we wouldn't be able to purchase anything we liked at our budget point so decided we would wait another year before restarting our search. Dyanna was completely supportive of this decision and did not pressure us to reconsider. Sure enough as soon as we were ready to start the search back up in earnest with a much healthier budget Dyanna jumped right into action to help us with the process. We saw at least twenty homes over the course of a few months with her all over Essex and Hudson counties and she could not have been more patient and pleasant to deal with through the entire process. She held numerous phone calls with us to walk us through any paperwork and questions/concerns we had. A big part of the hesitation for us as first time homebuyers was that we were quite overwhelmed with everything that is required but again Dyanna was there with us through it all to explain it in the simplest terms so that we felt reassured and knew that we were in good hands. As you can see there were plenty of stops and starts in our process but I can confidently say we would not be in the house we are in right now if it wasn't for the guidance and hard work that Dyanna poured into her time with us.
