First, my wife and I spoke to Trish by phone extensively from California, letting her know our needs and checking generally for mutual chemistry. The match-up felt good and, upon arrival, Trish did what she told us she would do: she took us on a full afternoon's driving tour of the five townships that we were searching for a rental house. During that visit, and over the course of another, Trish showed us many relevant homes for rent. Soon we found the place we ultimately rented when she took us into a home that hadn't yet been put on the market but was represented by a realtor friend of hers. Trish represented us strongly during the negotiation of the lease and while ironing out the various kinks that came up during our move-in.
