There's another store in redbank!
I don't know why this place hasn't gotten any reviews yet! It's a favourite with all the ladies there! It's just about always frequented by cute elderly couples looking for new nick-nacks.
I personally like this store a lot better than their Sunnybank store. I feel like the manager here has really got a feel for the redbank area. She's genuinely one of the sweetest ladies I know, but she does keep on her toes when there's teens in their little gangs around, just because the store had previous thefts etc all by them. So don't take it too personally.
Again, the area is obviously not as rich as Brisbane, hence it tried to satisfy the demographic there. People who want practical/ pretty things without exuberant price tags.
They try to fit as much as they can into the store, which saves (me personally) time going to four different places to look for things. The displays are a lot nicer than their Sunnybank and Australia fair stores, but obviously no Myer Christmas window.
I can vouch that you'll find the best service in redbank plaza there! They stock maxwell Williams, salt and pepper and chests of cutlery, and betty does awesome flower arrangements! The ladies there are always friendly and try to help you find what you're looking for or ordering it in for you ( from their impressive list of suppliers). Very rarely, you'll run into what I can only assume is their delivery guy/ maybe owner of the franchise? , just filling in for one of them. He's a bit stoic, but you can haggle a bit with him ;)
It's the only store in redbank that makes shopping special, all the other stores are part of chains. It's a bit of a trek from Brisbane, but worth it! read more
