Clean, hygienic, very sweet and smiling. Also, afterwards I took a sunbed and of course, clumsy unicorn that I am, messed up three of my freshly manicured nailes. They actually listened to my requests/"instructions" of how I wanted my pedi and mani. The place was CLEAN and the girls working were nice enough (and quiet - which is what I like). The woman at the front desk (maybe the owner?) was very nice and welcoming upon arrival and throughout the pedicure and manicure "checked" to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.
