We had connectivity issues from the beginning, and after I requested service, the technician never showed up to his appointment. I have a screenshot of the customer service rep backing up the salesperson's promise, and Kirk, the supervisor, refused to honor TWO employee's promises when I called to cancel. He said that the promotion wasn't good in my county, the county in which they came to my door! They will charge the first month's bill, a disconnection fee of 94.79, and the equipment return fee of $50. GOOD RIDDANCE.
