However, the friend helping me was not a plumber and was only inspecting the problem I was having with a bad leak; I still probably needed a plumber. If Action Plumbing had not been so rude by hanging up on me, I would have used them. Now, I will never employ them. It is unfortunate that this type of behavior is typical in small towns where services are limited and customers are thought to be in abundance.
