I would avoid this organization at all costs, Yesterday i was transported to an appointment by this company, I gave them my knapsack to be stored in their trunk, My cellphone fell out of my knapsack. They are refusing to return it to me. They said if I want it returned I would need to their office in Woburn to retrieve it, rather then return it to where they dropped me off, or order one of their vans to retrieve it at my expense. This is totally unreasonable for a disabled person. Also the driving skills were awful. The driver kept switching lanes and cutting other cars off at high speed. read more
