You have to travel about 1/2 mile on a Mud Pit of a road, and after you pay it's up to you to find where they are cutting the sod in the field. Worst road I have been on - ever! Then trying to pay with a little Day Care going on inside the office was totally ridiculous. Finally, the men working the farm itself were not friendly and almost annoyed they had someone come in for a Sod pickup. I didn't even want Bahia Sod, which is known to die off after 5-7 years. I'm used to bad service from Sod Farms, but this place was a mess!

The supervisor conveys message to workers many things get lost in communications. The installed lawn on ground that was not prepped for it. Despite repeated message telling them that the grass needs to be installed from the right side of the house where the land was graded and prepped. Since the workers were on site and their machine for lawn cutting broke down at a different site location and they were without a machine. So they installed the lawn on the land that was not prepared and graded. Also, since it was getting late they pocket up the sod that was crumbling and installed the broken sod pieces. This was a total blunder and homeowner had to absorb the cost of ripping the newly installed sod, get the lot prepped and graded then again hire someone else to install the sod. I will never use them again or recommend their services to anyone.

Roses should last much longer than 5 days. Hubby bought me roses on his way out of town from Publix. He bought them February 5th, when Valentines Day rolled around February 14th they were still vibrant and beautiful. I'm not sure what happened with these roses from Stephen's, but I am very disappointed. They were so beautiful and glittery when I received them. Should have lasted more than 5 days.

I'm based in Atlanta and couldn't be there in person so it was important to me for the arrangement to be beautiful. My friend called me and said she was in tears when she saw the flowers, she said they were beautiful and fresh. She said she noticed them from afar because they were so pretty and walked over to see them up close, she read the card and started crying. She said seeing the flowers meant a lot to her and her Mother.
