With a demanding job and two young kids at home I feel often overwhelmed and stressed which has led to trouble sleeping. I heard about the benefits of Reiki from a friend and decided to give it a try. Since this was my first time experiencing Reiki I did not know what to expect. You can't really prepare yourself for something like this. Pam was very warm and welcoming and made me feel comfortable immediately. It is obvious by her caring demeanor and questions that she really loves what she does and it comes across in her healing sessions as well.  After my session, I felt really calm and centered.  It was a very relaxing experience and Pam mentioned that the benefits of Reiki can continue for several days or so afterward.  It has been a week now and I slept really well the night I had my session. I still feel grounded and my sleep has significantly improved. My visit with Pam to experience Reiki was definitely worth it and I have decided to go regularly. I highly recommend Pam. I did a Human Design reading and then a distance Reiki session with Yoi, and wow, I was blown away…read more First off, her knowledge of my Human Design chart was on point. She really helped me understand how to make connections from the chart to my everyday life/self, and I actually wanted to keep going and ask her a million other questions. I might have to follow up with her and have another session. Then we did the distance Reiki session, and I had no idea that we wouldn't actually be on a call or on Zoom together. I did as she instructed in my own space, and the experience was calming, relaxing, and at times emotional, but overall so soothing. Then we connected and her insights were so enlightening. I had a moment of heightened emotion during my session where I felt like I was going to cry, and it subsided pretty quickly, and she touched on that emotion, saying she had felt it and her eyes had teared up as well. She pulled out a lot of things from me, including some sadness and some self-limiting beliefs. She also told me about the visions she had and explained what they meant. I felt so much lighter coming out of that sesion and had so much that I wanted to look into and reflect on. I can't wait to have another Reiki session with Yoi. If you're at all curious about your Human Design (which I now find myself referencing all the time) or Reiki, I highly encourage you to take the leap and get it done with Yoi. She's awesome.

Brandi has been an extraordinary guide. She exudes calmness and patience. She seems to channel some kind of higher energy, yet her vibe is chill and down-to-earth.
