The rebuild took about 3 weeks in total, which was way faster than we expected. We also appreciate how detail-oriented he was when assessing the type of work that needed to be done for the restoration project. We had a tight timeline, and he was willing to accommodate our schedule. His team did an amazing job restoring the first floor to its original condition (if not better than before the water damage), matching the rebuilt wall textures to the original wall. The areas they covered were the living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. They were also able to re-orient the closet so that it would be easier to access, and the new closet looks like it was originally part of the house. I recently hired George with Tixan Construction for basically a whole house remodel, including a kitchen remodel, flooring installation (both laminate and tile), adding light fixtures, painting my ceilings, fixing the fascia, and installing my new appliances. From start to finish, George exceeded my expectations in every way. I provided a very detailed PDF with specific requests, and I am very nit-picky, and not only did he follow through on every one of my requests, but George went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He changed out things that needed changing and fixed things that needed fixing. Georges communication was top-notch, and I mean TOP notch; which is something I value highly as a consumer. He kept me updated throughout the entire process, always on top of the work and addressing any concerns immediately. And all of his service came at a VERY reasonable price. We started our home renovations in April of 2021 with the hopes of being done by the end of the year. Unfortunately, while we loved the work that was done - it was left unfinished. After tirelessly looking for someone that's dependable, knowledgeable and reasonably priced, we found Yuri. We had him back yesterday (5/23/22) to continue the work in our kitchen that was left unfinished by the previous person. He showed up on time, got to work, and got more done than I anticipated (this is a multiple-day job). Once again, my girlfriend was thrilled at the work he had done. Not only did he do the work we asked, but he fixed an electrical plate issue we had next to our front door. It's things like that, that really go along way with me/us.
