Unfortunately, the service and bedside manner is extremely poor. They are not fair or consistent with their walk-ins. Some customers they say they can wait to be served and others they tell them they don't have time for them and then someone comes afterwards requesting the same service and they are invited to wait. In other words they lie to potential clients and pick and choose who they want to serve. The operators seem to be rushing and end up providing sloppy manicures. On several occasions I had to come in for a repair and instead of a full repair they took short cuts. The staff are not professional. Also, I am not sure they are sterilizing their equipment and pedicure tub after each client. I hope the owner can work with the staff on these areas of need. read more

When I first came the first couple times I loved their service, great quality acrylics and work. But the next times I would walk in and they would tell me to come back since they were too full, when I asked if I could just wait they said fine but it would be a long wait. Then I started making appointments like they told me to, they said it would be more secure on timing. I've made two appointments with them and still needed to wait 1 hour anyways. They don't welcome walk-ins. I have been there three separate times and have been turned away all three times. If they're with clients they say we don't have time for you. Or sorry we don't paint children's nails. And today's excuse was oh sorry we have no time for pedicure. We're closed. Hours stated they closed at 5:30. We walked in at four. So when that was addressed they then stated oh no we have special party. There was like four people in there being serviced. Horrible service. Horrible employees. Not sure who owns this place, but you're doing a very poor job. Thanks to yelp it can be put out publicly. I don't recommend this place. Oh and change your hours on the door for Sunday. I came the day before thanksgiving to get a gel polish change. I get my nails done in Fresno but since I'm visiting Ceres for the week I decided to give this place a try. I called ahead to ask how long the wait was and the girl told me they'll get me right away. So I got seated right away when I walked in. The guy started taking off my previous pink gel and he was about to start applying the new color. There was still pink on my nails!!! I told him "excuse me there's still some pink" I don't think he liked that but if I'm paying for a service, I should be satisfied. Normally, I'm not one to speak up but I'm glad I did. He finished and my nails looked good. I paid $25! Which is a lot for me cause in Fresno, I always pay less than $20 and if I pay $25 I get a full gel manicure. Overall, I'm lowkey satisfied. This is a terrible place to go and do your nails, I have a appointment at 1 for just a refill nails and I wait for 40 min so what is the point to make an appointment and owner did my nails she did in a hurry they ended up looking awful and besides that she doubled charge me because I noticed on my bank account. They got me in right away. I got a gel French tip. The woman was so rough with my long natural nails that 2 of them broke as she was filing them. One chip she didn't even bother fixing. The squares she filed my nails into were sloppy and off, I had to fix them myself when I got home. The white tip was also not poorly done. She missed the whole sides of my nail on some fingers. When I got there I was just coming from work so I had some dust under my nails. It was obvious but I didn't think much of it as they usually have you wash your nails. Well they didn't she just painted my nails and trapped the dirt under the paint. I also noticed that they don't use plastic bags in their foot baths. I went during my lunch and Danny really did a great job. I don't get pedicures often but this guy really went above and beyond. He took his time with everything! I definitely want to go back to get my nails done! My gel pedicure costed me $35 but with a full massage and foot scrub, it was well worth it. The place was nice and clean also! read more

I came here because most nail salons are closed on Sunday glad they where open early. The salon is nice with a good vibe of house music playing. Went in to get my fill, I just wanted regular polish they hardly had nail color options on the shelf. The lady who did my nails did not ask me if I wanted a certain style to my nails she just cut them with nail clippers and basically painted them it was quick service but not what I wanted. I'm glad it's not my "go-to" place. I didn't care for the nail tech "removing hang nails" that she created. Good thing she didn't draw blood, that would have created an open wound and could have possibly created an infection or ingrown toenail. Never going here again. Additionally-they did not even have a drying station. When the nail tech was done painting my toenails she put my shoes on immediately and lifted the arm of the chair as to say "ok go". I sat there for a few minutes and other workers started talking to each other, then one lady said " I could go pay," I then said, "my nails aren't even dry can I dry them somewhere?" Overall my family and myself had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent and the nail salon was very clean. It being our first time there we wanted to do something a little different rather than doing the typical pedicure sitting close to everyone. We went a head and did the VIP services that day and i highly recommend it. We were serviced the best customer service and had a wonderful time. When in the VIP lounge you are in a different room from everyone else and are offered snacks and drinks. The room is very cute and has a relaxing vibe to it. I went in yesterday for a pedi. An older Asian man is the one who did it for me. In the beginning everything was ok even though he wasn't very nice just mainly quiet. Made me uncomfortable. However, he charged me 50 bucks without a massage and did not do well with the actual toe painting. Very disappointed and it pretty much was a waste of money. One of my favorite parts about getting my toes done is the massage and I didn't even get that ): and I still spent 50 bucks. I'm crying over my nails and I'm not picky but I've never seen this bad of nails done before. Didn't file them and they look crooked and I got black and they're on my skin. This is one of the cleanest nail salons I've been to.. the experience is always relaxing.. they have a VIP area which is a separated quit area that can accommodate up to 6 people for services.. About the fourth time here and I was very disappointed with the way I was treated. The lady, I'm assuming the owner, was upset that we had a miscommunication and blamed me for it. Was pretty much talking really loud so everyone was looking over at me like I was the problem and kept repeating herself that I didn't tell her I had my natural nail brake, not a fake one. And the last time I was there about 5 days ago, they broke my natural long nails, used glue to patch it up, but then when you do that, it doesn't hold.. I've been growing my natural nails and adding gel to them for years, I know my nails. Well today, I needed her to add fake ones to my broken ones, and she tried adding a fake one on top of my gel polish instead of cleaning my nail off of the gel color.. She pretty much kicked me out after I asked for someone else to do my nails after she kept yelling in my face. Maybe she thought I didn't want to pay for my broken nails to be fixed, I don't know. Money is not an issue for me, though and I always tip well. Maybe she was going through something today, I don't know but you should not treat your customer that way. Also, her business license is expired. It expired on March 31, 2019. They're really not that good there, and I would never recommend them to any one after today's experience. read more

I have been a regular customer for about a year now but the service has gotten continually, more and more sloppy. I get the "dip" and french manicure. When I first started going here she would remove the old product and put on new product. Now, she just puts more "dip" on to of the old "dip" and the thickness of my nails have gotten so thick, I can't pick up change off of a counter. I asked her today to remove all the old product and showed her how the thickness of the product was separating on the sides from my nails and I couldn't pick change up off a counter. She 1st soaked my fingers in acetone (which I questioned her on) and then she wrapped my fingers in foil and took off to go help a "walk-in"!! I waited 25 minutes.... she never even acknowledged me!! I took the foils off and left. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. They speak in their native tongue about customers, while the customer is sitting there!! At 9:30 still no one at the business! I had been here prior and was very happy with my pedicure. I even read some of these reviews and thought I would give them a chance.
