Checking was easy and prompt, I had made an appointment earlier in the day... I would like to get to where I have a regular person here for my services, and I may have found them today! I tend to like to just relax when I'm getting my nails done, no offense but I don't like to chat and have that whole conversation thing. So I got two technicians today that were perfect! First was Will, I got a pedicure with regular paint. Very gentle kept checking to make sure all was well gave a really good massage very thorough painted my nails beautifully. I would like to figure out how to have a little longer soak in a little hotter water, so I need to figure out what to ask for to make that happen but other than that it was perfect. Then I got builder gel with very short tips for the first time, with Terry. They couldn't be any more perfect than they came out! Exactly what I wanted. I was going to say no polish on the top but he showed me a clear tiny bit tinted top and I agreed. I want to go out my real nails, and this will get me on my way. I like that I could relax and let them do what they do so well, without having to make small talk.. outside of checking in to make sure I'm okay and that what they were doing was good. The guy seem not happy by my request the worst talking to lady in their owe language seem talking about me due my request. I decided to go through with my service because I didnt have time to go somewhere else. When my nail tech started my service, she prepped my nail and did not remove the dust before applying primer. This can cause lifting. After laying my acrylic down and filing, she began to bring out her top coat. As she opened the bottle, I asked if I can wash my hands because there was no attempt made at removing all the dust caused from filing. I was told no, I can do it after. I asked 1 more time explaining that I did not want a bumby/grit texture cause from adding a top coat without removing the dust. She still told me that I could not wash my hands. After the service I went to wash my hands and there were a few nails that did have a grit texture to the top coat. 1 week later and my nails are lifting. I felt this tech was extremely unprofessional. Not allowing me to do the most basic request is uncalled for. She wastrying to cut corners to speed up my service. I would not reccomend anyone to go to this salon to get services.

The first time I came in for the fill and pedicure I got just a French tip with polka dots and a solid color for my toes, my total was like $90 or something, this time I went in just for a fill, and I only got a French tip and gel coating, I wasn't even in there for an hour, I was charged $69 for A FILL. I'm sorry but I don't even need that much maintenance on my nails since they are natural and pretty simple. Now they didn't do an awful job but both times I noticed the person who did my nails drilled a little too far down near my critical so the color of the nail looks like it's alr grown out since you can see the color of my natural nail.

After five days the nail that was replaced came off again. Went back two days after that and had it fixed. The guys at the first table (who replaced it less than a week prior) put a whole nail back on with acrylic, and gel, in literally less than 5 minutes!!!! Shocked I walked out with little faith but tried to trust I was treated right since I come in every two weeks for the last four years. Nope!
