This may not be the biggest location, but they have excellant service, they are friendly and willing to talk to you. I'm only leaving a review because I'm so upset about my manicure and the impatience of nail tech (owner). I was very polite, but voiced concerns in shape or color or problems. My nails went from too short but decent to absolutely horrible. Never in my life have my nails been done so badly and I don't understand why. At first I asked for very minimal nail art which she said she could do but never did so she just removed it and globbed on paint that formed large bubbles she kept filing making them look worse and worse you could still see the paint under side. No precaution to dust and cotton fibers which kept getting stuck in my polish. When I tried to let her know what to do to fix them she just got frustrated and gave up on a half ass job. She did offer to take the polish off and give me something else but only after she finished someone else and I didn't have another 2 hours to spare to get my nails beat up. I left in tears after having to explain that I'm not about to pay $60+ for something not even close to what I wanted. They forced me to pay $23 still for having nails that look like THIS! My cuticles on all nails are ripped and bleeding. My nails were tough and rigid and peeling on the sides, etc. the shop is nice and they have a large array of colors so I was really excited to try them out. I'm so upset about my experience. I immediately went to BC nails where they fixed them perfectly in 20 minutes. read more

I went here last week on Valentine's Day and my acrylics are already loose and lifting. I've always had a good experience here but this time it wasn't a good one. I got seated right away and the lady came over and started doing my nails. She was on the phone with her cell phone company almost the whole time. They did not trim my real nails I don't recall her filing them after the acrylic was put on. I asked for coffin shape but it seems so off to me. I don't usually like to complain but this was just a bad experience overall. I called them yesterday to ask about price because their website said one thing but then they say another at check out even if you didn't get anything extra. This place was awesome when I started going last year. I hope my experience is better today. I will post pictures of the day I got them done and what they look like now. Great..... if you want 3 different people to work on your nails, cuts on your fingers, gel and polish so thick and uneven touch can tell it's fake from a mile away and all 10 nails different shapes and polish that looks like crap. Would not EVER reccomend this place and sadly will be paying a good place to fix their disaster. read more

Went in with my soon to be mother and sister in law for 2 dip manicures a reg manicure and 3 pedicures to celebrate my engagement and had a pretty horrible experience. Payed $150 for the 3 pedicures that promised hot stone massage and got none of that and were very rushed. My dip manicure is something I could do at home myself which I normally do myself but went here to celebrate. My sisters was the worst of all. It was like they were big bubbles on top of each nail. We did complain and after some talking too they gave us $35 back out of the $250 +$50 tip (total $300) back. Not cool, not happy 0/10 would NOT recommend to a friend. Worst experience. They have literal kids (maybe 16) painting nails and they have zero experience. We made an appointment for 3 mani/pedis and they let so many walk-ins in that they had no time for us, WORST DIP I HAVE EVER GOTTEN, they didn't clean my cuticle, or my nails at all. Paid for the deluxe and got almost no massage. It was just a huge bummer, I will say that the owner offered to fix my nails but after being there for over an hour and a half we were over it! she gave me my money back for just the dip but we still paid 150$ for a really bad experience. I've been going here for 8 months but last visit was my last. Tired of their rude un professional comments. Was told my fingers are 'bent and crooked' that's why 4 of my 10 nails are UNEVEN. Called recently to schedule two pedis two weeks in advance, as we have become accustomed to do. After requesting this, first woman handed me off to another who said "Why don't you come in now?" I explained our scheduling needs and she replied "We don't understand why you need to schedule in advance. I don't take appointments that far in advance - come in now."
