I had an event and wasn't going to have enough time to make it to my regular nails salon so I stopped here and what a mistake that was! I got a pedicure and gel manicure and left with my toes bleeding from the cuticles being cut too short as well as the color nail polish I chose not only didn't look like the sample but was applied poorly! Both my nails and toes were poorly filed & when asked if they could fix the streaks in my nail polish I was told there was nothing they could do about it. I wish I could rate no stars but here we are *side eye*. I recently moved to the area so decided to support a local business. My nail tech Maria was unknowledgeable and unskilled when it comes to the SNS technique. I believe she used the wrong top coat and therefore my nails dried splotchy. I went to go sit down in her chair, assuming she had to add another coat. She said that I was done. I showed her my nails and she accused me of touching them and messing them up. Not so! She then angrily grabs my hand and tells me to sit down. She redoes the top coat and turns on the fan at her station for me to dry there. Obviously I can't be trusted to dry my nails out of her eyesight *rolls eyes* They once again dry splotchy! She once again accuses me of moving! Ma'am, are you serious?! You see me sitting there like a friggin statue! She told me that she doesn't know what to tell me. Ummm.... I already paid- you need to figure it out Maria! So her solution is to put a gel top coat and go under the UV light. I stopped getting gel years ago due to the harmful effects of UV light. Oh boy! She also didn't bother to lotion my hands or clean up my nails. You should NEVER leave a nail salon dry and ashy from all the hand maneuvering. Overall horrible experience. Will not return. Is it possible to give negative stars? This place needs to shut down. They cut my finger! And that too with a really dirty unhygienic tool that I was about to tell them not to use on me and bam, she slices my finger. Been coming here for years because I'm used to the girl doing my feet, but would not recommend them. The owner is never there, the one is charge is super rude especially to the Spanish workers. Terrible customer service. I walked in to get my eyebrows cleaned up. I wasn't greeted at all and asked what I needed done as you normally are when you walk into a nail salon. I told them what I wanted and got no response. Confused, I just sat in the waiting area for 15 minutes. A white lady walked in and was immediately greeted and asked what she wanted and was serviced all within a minute. I asked the lady who normally is seated near the door when I would be serviced to which she rudely replied "you have to wait". I ended up just leaving and going to the nail salon right across the street. When I went back to work, a couple of my coworkers told me that they're always rude and don't even do eyebrows well. My friend went here and got color changing tips which was really cool so I figured I would try it out. She said they did a good job on her eyebrows and nails. After the eyebrows I was done I walked out. I have nice arched thick eyebrows now I have straight thin chonga eyebrows. Rude and no one speaks English. If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to, from the customer service to the actual ser ice being provided. I shouldn't have gone against my better judgment, but I figured, I'm just getting a manicure, it can't be that bad. Honestly you would have thought I allowed a toddler to paint my nails. Extemely sloppy and when the tech realized how bad it was, she tried her hardest to clean if up as if I would notice nail polish on my skin. First she applied the wrong color, then mentioned that she could take it off and provide a different color. This is gel polish, not regular nail polish. In order to get this off you either have to soak the nails or use the drill machine. Needless to say I told her to take it off because it was absolutely a mess. Because of this, she was upset and became rough while filing the polish off, and I had little nicks on my fingers, near the cuticles. By the time I left (3.5 hours later, because the wait was ridiculous), my nails were worse than when I came in. Super tender and sensitive. One of the nail technician took off her sneakers, put her dirty sock on her table and started massaging her foot and started clipping her toenails....
