The watch I initially wanted was only available online, but I opted out for another one I liked. The customer service was on point, and both sales associates were very nice and welcoming. The sales associate was very patient as I walked the cases trying to decide on a watch, once I did, my watch was packaged with care. Overall, I'd definitely come back here to purchases a watch.
