Colonics are a weird and uncomfortable concept but when you think about the benefits and how good you will feel it becomes very relieving and relaxing. I prefer this system instead of others I've tried even more than the angel of water. Take the blanket and heating pad she offers and you will be so cozy. I did about 75 min since it was my first time at this clinic, so I would probably come back for a 60min window in the future.
