She went out of the room and supposedly talked with Tim and asked how he wanted to sort it out. She came back in and continued massaging me. The girl who massaged me give me an okay massage and was able to work some of the knots out however I still felt a strain in my left shoulder the next day. She seemed either unprofessional or frazzled or both and also mentioned that they don't get paid off as much from Groupon's. Mentioning that to me seemed highly unprofessional and unnecessary. After the massage it was very awkward and she did apologize for the mixup however I could tell she did not want to be there. The environment itself was not very relaxing either because I could hear the cars go by outside in the room as well as people talking outside of the door.
