The place seems to be clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly. I asked for 90min full body no oil. She was really good at breaking all the knots on my back. She assisted me to do some stretch as well since my muscles were tensed. They charged $85 for 90min and $30 minimum for tip. To be honest, I think it's fair. Anywhere you go for 90min deep tissue will be $120up + tip. It's a good place to get massage if you don't care much about aroma or water flow designs in the background. TL:DR: No frills, great service, clean, cost friendly! I used to live and Manhattan and loved massages in China town for how easy they were to get an appointment with and the low cost. Luckily I have found this spot which is a short ride from my home with plenty of parking! I had the longest work week and unfortunately slept in a terrible position which left me very sore and uncomfortable that only a massage could fix; however it was 6pm and totally last minute. I searched online hoping I could find a cost effective massage place near me and based on the great reviews figured I'd give it a shot. I called here and they immediately took me in, upon arrival I noticed the prices are slightly higher than the prices in some of the pictures here (~$10 higher), but understandable in my opinion. I got the 30 minutes of back work and my room was private, clean and comfortable (don't expect anything fancy but if what you seek is relief than this is it). My masseuse was PHENOMENAL, she did an extremely thorough service hitting all the right spots. Even after the timer had gone off she didn't haste, she made sure to finish out even if it was a little extra time. In my experience I wasn't hassled about tipping so just make sure you're tipping fair (usually 20-25% is an easy benchmark). At the end I was met with my own little water bottle and a loyalty card and again very friendly service.As always with these spots you can expect a little language barrier so just be patient and understanding but overall no doubt I will definitely be returning! read more

Horrible massage! First 10 min was one hand because she was texting on her phone. Had to ask if she needed more time to settle. Next 20 min was spent massaging the same area over and over. I finally had to direct her to another spot and had to continue to direct the entire time. Never had to do that during a massage. Then she sat on a stool and lazily rubbed my leg for the last 15 min. Great couples massage! We reserved last minute and were able to see them on a Sunday evening. My husband really enjoyed it, loved the hot stone. A very soothing, solid experience. Anna and Coco were our massage therapists who did a wonderful job. Tell them before the massage that you are using a special package reservation so there's no miscommunication about pricing (where you got it from, proof, etc). This goes w/o saying, but make sure you tip. They have a sign on the desk saying that they require at least $10.50 tip. read more

Our appointment was at 3pm, and we didn't get into our rooms until 3:30. So prepare for a little waiting time. My boyfriend and I got a couples massage it was amazing, the person doing my boyfriend's massage was doing way better than mine. I guess she thought since i was a female to not put as much pressure when massaging me. Also after we paid and gave cash tip they hounded us to give more tip after we already tipped... but besides all of that I would definitely return again for another massage. read more

I called Angel Tips salon to make an Appointment for a massage as I am experiencing extreme pain in my left shoulder and need to have a knot massaged out. I secured an appt same day. Upon arrival the lady sprayed my feet with alcohol sanitizer and told me I shouldn't have purchased my service from Groupon and that I should have bought directly from her. I'm now ushered to the back massage area which is about 5 small rooms with half curtains (from the ceiling to about 2 ft off the ground). That should have been my first red flag as there was no privacy and anyone could have walked in at any time, let alone hear you breathe from the next room. A woman walks in to begin my massage as I'm covered in a sheet. She begins massaging me through the sheet for about 20 min. I tried to tell her my areas of concern and I didn't need any other part of my body worked on because I was solely there for my left shoulder. She couldn't understand what I was saying because she did not speak English. I noticed there was about 30 min left on the clock and having previous experience with other massage establishments, I have a pretty good idea of how each session should be conducted. I asked if she could go harder and focus on my left area, she still didn't understand. I called the manager to explain what I wanted and she explained something to the woman who just continued to massage me. This woman had absolutely no experience in giving a massage! I was frustrated at this point and told her to stop the massage as I just wanted to go home. Again, language barrier and her not understanding, I had to hand gesture for her to leave. Upon departure I showed the manager my Groupon and told her it was the worst massage I ever had and that the woman performing the service had absolutely no idea what she was doing. She laughed at me. I told her I was serious and would be contacting anyone I could to notify them of this uncomfortable and frustrating experience. I ran out of the salon almost in tears I was so frustrated and felt so helpless. I'm still in extreme pain and am making other arrangements to have my knot finally worked out of my shoulder. This was by far the worst experience with any salon I've ever been to. I did not take photos but as I used the restroom it almost looked as if people lived in the salon. With this information I will be contacting the appropriate authorities as I feel this may be linked to a sexual service provider, which also made me feel extremely uneasy. I hope this review helps deter anyone from patronizing this facility. read more

First time here. I was in the couples massage room with my aunt and did the full body 60 minutes. She did the 30/30 body and foot. It was good, just the right touch. My aunt is used to a harder massage with more pressure but she still enjoyed her massage. We usually go to Shanti in Englewood but wanted to try this place coz it's closer to our home. The atmosphere is very calming to help you relax and the masseuses are very considerate about your comfort.
