Lynette started working on it right away, staying late that night, and coming in early the next morning to work on the modification to add my daughter. The next day Laurie was back to work and she too jumped right on it. She and Lynette spent many hours in hold, making calls, and sending emails to add her to the cruise, our pre and post hotel nights in Barcelona, and worked on figuring out the transfers and other details that needed to be dealt with. Laurie and Lynette went above and beyond to satisfy us as their customers. It all worked out and my daughter will be able to join us! That's exciting for us. Our latest trip to Cabo was fantastic. On her recommendation, we changed our plans from a property that may have not suited our needs to a fantastic property of Dreams Los Cabos and it was wonderful. This company really holds up its end of making your travel a great experience. Megan also helped with the front end and the travel docs and COVID issues that travelers have to do. My only suggestion would be if you are traveling to Mexico and the immigration form is online, make SURE you print it on one piece of paper: Front and Back. The immigration will not take two pages of the form. This is not a knock on Bon Voyage or Megan, as rules change probably while we were in the air! HAHAHA.
