My wife, as part of a group, made Funjet travel reservations through Holly at Latitudes Travel. She purchased trip cancellation insurance. Having to cancel her reservation, Holly indicated that she would initiate the refund policy as required by the trip insurance policy. That is the last we have heard from Holly despite multiple email and phone messages. Our travel funds are in an account at the airline which only the travel firm who made the reservation can release as a travel credit. Nothing has been done. The entire group had difficulty working with Latitude Travel. We do NOT recommend Holly or Latitude Travel. read more

I scheduled to take a cruise with my family for January 2023. When COVID vaccines became mandated I decided against taking the cruise and emailed Holly on April 27, 2022 to cancel my cruise. She responded encouraging me to think about an all inclusive so I gave the green light for her to search for those types of vacation on my behalf but to please cancel the cruise. She never responded after that email. On May 19, 2022 I sent her another email asking for the status of the cruise cancellation and potential other trip and again, no response. On July 26th I sent yet another email asking for the status of the cancellation since it was showing as active on my Royal Caribbean account and again no response. I called her line business and had to leave a voice mail. That same day I called RC to cancel my reservation and they indicated that because it was done via Latitudes that Holly would need to cancel my reservation. I explained that I have been unable to get a hold of the travel agent despite numerous attempts. The RC customer service woman indicated that they would call Latitudes and attempt to connect me with the travel agent. Well lo and behold she answer the phone for Royal Caribbean. When I got on the phone with her she admitted that she was ignoring my calls because she "hoped I would change my mind". She told me that the money I had given her was nonrefundable because COVID restrictions had relaxed. I explained that I had been asking her since APRIL to cancel my cruise and get my money back. She told me she would have to hang up with me and call me back when it was canceled. She said she would "give me her word" that she would call me back. It is August 26th, she never called to say it was cancelled. I had to login into my Royal Caribbean account to check. Her word is worth nothing and when you need to make changes or cancel an itinerary she can't be counted on to answer her phone because she may be hoping "you change your mind". read more

I have booked several trips with Holly and she always goes above and beyond. If your thinking of booking with one of those online places forget it and call her. She is priced great and gives that extra service if flights are delayed or whatever may come up. My family went to Sea World in March and our plane was very delayed. We got to the hotel at 11pm with 2 small children. Holly had called in advance to let the staff know what happened. Between the staff and Holly going out of her way we walked in, everything was already checked in , they gave us a key and we went right to our room. What a nice surprise after a rough travel day. We took the most amazing trip this summer that was planned and booked through Latitudes Travel. We had never booked a "real" vacation before and were amazed at how easy everything was. Prior to contacting Latitudes we had a very vague idea on what we were looking for but knew we wanted our trip to include a few essentials (Italy, great food, amazing wine, and the ability to see many sites). Holly and her team put together a fantastic itinerary through an amazing cruise line that not only fit into our budget but also exceeded our expectations. We were able to visit not only Italy for several days but also saw parts of Spain, France, and Monaco as well. I am sad sometimes when I realize that our amazing trip is over but excited in the little bundle of joy that will bless our family in February and happened as a result. I have used their services for simple hotel reservations to complete vacations and have always gotten the best pricing, along with amazing customer service. Holly even monitors flights for delays or cancellations and is proactive if something comes up. Knowing that I don't have to worry about things like that removes a ton of stress from traveling. Holly is truly a professional. We were stranded due to a government strike in Turks and Caicos and she called us at our hotel before we even knew our flight was canceled. I can not imagine what we would have done without her booking our flights! Many of the people who booked with services such as Expedia and Hot Wire struggled to get through to an agent.
