I hired Jeanne Kuriyan to help me buy a house. she is highly manipulative and just wants to close a…read moresale. she lied and told me attached to my property are pre 1907 water rights prior to purchase. she invited the seller to the property during the viewing who also lied and said the water rights were sellable at $80,000 per acre. she also told me not to believe my contractor regarding a below grade foundation and to trust her" expert" instead. she also witheld the ductwork report when I had requested the reports in their entirety up front. I realized after purchase I did not see the ductwork report that I had asked for 2 months after purchase. she forwarded it by email immediately. it was in her possession all along. she will sell you up river just to get her hands on that check. don't buy her dinner invitations and calling you friend. she is not a professional you can trust.

They do the newspaper add and the area banner. Gifts and prizes are given away with a special game that is played during the yard sale event.
