Very hard to get in contact with. They're quick to take your money but it's extremely difficult for them to send you back the deposit they said they would return to you. My wedding venue was shut down and wedding now cancelled and they said they would give back 50% of the deposit but have yet to return it. No compassion at all. read more

This was my first time renting from Angeles Party Rentals. They called and ask if they could deliver a day earlier that expected, which was great. On Friday afternoon we decided to set the tables up rather than early Saturday morning. Upon setting up the tables, one of them had a small issue. I contacted Angeles just before closing on Friday evening and someone assured me that I would get a call from someone the following morning. Sure enough, I received a call and they said someone would replace the table around noon. Our event started at 1pm and I was a little nervous. Within an hour after they contacted me at 8 am, they called again and said they would be there in twenty minutes, which they were. Everything was perfect and the Shower was beautiful. Michelle answered all of my questions and concerns.
