Our venue had such a massive space to cover that we decided to go to Madam Palooza to get some pieces to rent! We worked with David to schedule an appointment to see the warehouse last year and he was super easy and friendly to work with! There are quite a few things in the warehouse and we didn't feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. We ended up picking out a few items for our wedding day on our way out and paid the deposit that day. On the wedding day, our coordinator handled all the delivery and placement but those rental pieces came out absolutely gorgeous! The hexagon backdrop paired with the gemma chandelier with a few flower pods from Lovely Peonies were stunning! My jaw literally dropped when we finally got up to our seats. The gemma chandelier was my favorite piece as it gave such a romantic glow at night. We also had a large frame with wires to display seating charts on but I wasn't able to see that up close since I was so busy but it looked great from far away! Our 2020 wedding was postponed due to the COVID and we were able to easily transfer our order to the new 2021 date with no added fees or confusion. Madam Palooza has beautiful rentals that will really bring your wedding or event to life! I got married last October at Temecula Creek Inn and while it is a beautiful venue on it's own, the Stone House needs furniture to make it feel homey. Our wedding planner, Hayley with Celebrations by Diana, took us to Madam Palooza and along with their staff helped us pick out some pieces that would really add some life to the decor. We went with a circle table that ended up being the perfect fit for our head table. It allowed my husband and I to have our own stylized space but still have our bridal party and their dates seated on either side of us. We used a few vintage suitcases as decor. To hang our favors/ table seating (luggage tags) we used the fruit drying racks. Inside the Stone House we utilized two pretty chandeliers, a white sofa, two white chairs, a rug and the large suitcase which was came together beautifully. On my part, working with Madam Palooza was super easy for delivery and pick up because they often work with the venue. The few times I contacted them after our initial visit they were very helpful and friendly. The only downside was that the slideshow on the vintage TV didn't work. That was something my husband was really excited about. It would have been good if he could have looked at it before hand. I'm pretty sure it didn't work because of user error on our end. (My husband didn't make the video until two days before the wedding.) If you do utilize the TV I would recommend making sure you know how to connect everything before and delegating that to someone else so you don't have to worry about it the day of. (And definitely get your video prepared farther in advance haha.) Overall I had a great experience, loved and would highly recommend Madam Palooza. Sylvia is the stylist (and has so many wonderful ideas, but is so attentive to what the client wants to see) and David is the business side of things, working out contracts and payment, etc. Both were so prompt and attentive to us, and honestly I felt like we were the ONLY couple they were working with with the amount of attention and time they gave us. My (now) husband and I met with them just about 1 month prior to our wedding at Temecula Creek Inn's Stonehouse venue in need of some decor pieces to give the site a little "extra oomph". They were both so welcoming and professional in our initial consultation, explaining the process of picking items and how they work to style the event space. They are full service too! From selection to follow-up after the event they are on it, you don't have to worry about a thing. Madam P's has a huuuuuge selection of items from table/centerpieces and decor to full living room sets, you could potentially style your entire space with just items from their collection. We ended up selecting a few key pieces to help enhance both the ceremony aisle and the Stonehouse space (and a few smaller pieces scattered on the sweetheart, cake and gift tables). They got us exactly what we wanted and did so within out budget! I was so thrilled to see how everything came together, and they worked so well with our Coordinator (Celebrations By Di) and our Florist (Soiree Design & Events) to execute our exact vision. When I booked my wedding at Temecula Creek Inn, I knew it would be beautiful, but that I wanted some extra "wow factor" pieces to really complete my vision. David and Sylvia and the whole team at Madam Palooza did exactly that. I cannot say enough wonderful things about their service and amazing rentals. For example, my fiance saw a pair of chairs he absolutely loved and they became a "must have" for him. Unfortunately, he had knee surgery and I was worried we wouldn't be able to visit MP before someone else rented them (October weddings!). I emailed David and he let me send him a list of our big items (the chairs, barn doors for the altar, etc) and put a deposit down to secure the items without having to make the drive up to Murrietta from San Diego. Later in the year, we scheduled an appointment with Sylvia to complete our decor and she was amazing. I showed her a couple photos, talked about the style I wanted, and she was able to put together a look I was in love with. From the altar to the sweetheart table to inside the Stone House, everything looked better than I ever could have pictured it. Sylvia was also able to make suggestions that I never would have thought of or had the guts to do and I was SO happy with the results. In addition, everyone was always so responsive to any emails I sent and I just felt comfortable knowing they were on top of everything. Plus, they pick everything back up the same night so you don't have to stress about it! And in addition to all of that, Tiana Loyd at MP also does beautiful calligraphy and sign art so I was able to rent signs from MP and have Tiana do the art - so much easier!! I got married at Lake Oak Meadows in Temecula on April 1, 2017. At the suggestion of the venue and my coordinator we got our rentals at Madam Palooza, and I am so thrilled with how everything looked! Sylvia and Ashley were so easy to work with. They have vignettes in their warehouse/showroom to give you an idea of how their couches, tables, trunks, decor, etc might be set up. We ended up getting our sweetheart table and chairs plus decor and barn doors to place behind them. It was gorgeous! We also got a couch for a great photo op area, a cigar bar and a smores bar all styled by Sylvia.
