I was told by their outsourced delivery drivers that They would not deliver my mattress after they had presented to my house because they could not pull their gigantic delivery semi up my steep narrow driveway. I live in West Virginia, very common for narrow winding steep hills. Anyway they refused to park on the street and bring the mattress up the driveway and into the home. Upon calling mattress firm I could not get anyone to answer the phone so I went back online to contact them. After waiting for two hours online regarding a current order I Was told that they could not have a smaller truck to deliver and that rescheduling delivery would not help because they would not send a smaller truck. Customer service was not very friendly and did not warn me or ask me ahead of time regarding any possible barriers that they may have to delivery. I have a need for the bed by next Wednesday and now I am going to have to stress to get some thing as soon as possible.

The gentleman helping me quickly looked to see where their closest location to me was and what days they do deliveries! As for picking out my mattress, I knew nothing about a mattress other than: does it feel good? The man had me try out a few and see what I liked and what I didn't like till we narrowed it down to two! From there, he then had me lay on each for a good 5-10 minutes to really get a feel for it! He wanted me to like it, after all, I'd be spending a good 8 hours on it everyday! After finally deciding on which mattress to purchase, the buying process was easy! I was so impressed with the price of it as well. Happy to know that I wouldn't be going into debt! Next time I need to buy a new mattress, I will 10/10 be coming back!

Was looking for a refrigerator for my new house. Happened to stop over shortly before they closed…read moreand hadn't done any research before hand. A female employee quickly came over to assist us and give us information. She rapidly gave us a ton of specs and information on a bunch of the refrigerators. Since I wasn't well versed in the different brands, styles, specs etc, it was a lot of information to take in so quickly. I must have missed something that she said, because after I asked her a question about one of the refrigerators, she looked at my girlfriend, shook her head, rolled her eyes, and said "geeze it's like pulling your hair out with him." I couldn't believe it! What an extremely rude and disgusting comment. I am the customer! You aren't supposed to be insulting the customer. How stupid can you be? So unprofessional and nasty. We didn't want to have an eclectic set of chairs and, thankfully, my wife had done her homework. There are chairs available where you can add or remove the extension; this allows you to have matching chairs where you do not have matching heights for the eating surface. We entered and were greeted by a young man named Dresden. Dresden was personable, professional, and helpful. We had questions and Dresden was honest that he was newer to the store but he would get the answers where he did not know the correct response right away. Yes, we had questions. We had two options to choose from and Dresden let us know that the cheaper option was available sooner for delivery. We decided to have the chairs delivered and got the insurance as we expected the chairs to get heavy use. It was all a great choice. The chairs arrived in sturdy boxes well protected and two men brought them to our second floor apartment where they unboxed the chairs, added the extensions for two of them, and placed them in our apartment. I could not have been happier with the experience, the value, and the options.
