The she said she was sick and was trying to reschedule on dates that I already knew I was not available, raged at me via text and refused to answer my phone calls, then refused to refund me the $200 saying that it says in her policy that she won't refund monies if the person booking cancels the session. I was referred to her by a friend, and since she never sent me any info about her website or session, how would I know what her cancellation policy is--nevermind the fact that she was cancelling on me, not the other way around. I have to wonder if she would have even picked up the phone for our scheduled "session" if she wasn't even going to tell me that she had to cancel/reschedule in the first place. She literally had an adult-sized temper tantrum on me and then called me a narcissist. I want to be kind but I can't here. I think she's actually mentally ill. I actually do know what a true, clinically diagnosable, Axis II, Narcissistic Personality Disordered person looks like b/c I have my graduate degree in clinical psychology. Chinhee is a classic NPD. Don't take your chances of getting cheated by this "psychic medium." No matter what she claims, she's unprofessional at best, a fraud at worst.

The photographer who came was very nice but seemed to be…read morenew at his job (and perhaps at photography)--various things went wrong, including lighting, and he had to return to the office to get the correct equipment. Then a not very nice person named Hilary got involved (online), telling me I'd have to pay for all the extra time it took him to get the right equipment and reshoot with the proper lighting. Of course I objected, the situation went downhill, and--full disclosure--she ended up saying the whole shoot would be complimentary due to the mess. I appreciated the offer, but declined because, for better or for worse, he had tried hard and worked long and I didn't want him to be penalized since it was her unpleasantness that had turned things so sour, not simply his lack of competence. (The head shots all turned out to be unusable.) ,,,,,,,On another note, I had previously had an old video digitized by someone else there, and that went smoothly and pleasantly.
