My daughter gave birth and my husband called and left a message before they opened on Saturday morning. They called back at opening and made a custom arrangement and gift bag for him to bring her that morning. The owner was absolutely customer oriented and we appreciated the last minute request expedited without compromise to the quality. The flowers were gorgeous and our daughter was blown away by the sheer size and beauty of the roses. Great job! We will definitely use them again soon!

I'm very disappointed at the flowers that my boyfriend and I ordered for my mom. We specifically said no roses. Twice! The arrangement is covered with roses. For $75 I expected better customer service.

Absolutely the best service I have ever received from a florist--and long-distance, too! If you have ever ordered flowers long-distance before, you may have been hosed by uncaring people who take advantage of the fact that you'll never see them. I was blown away by the owner's attention to detail, making sure I was happy with not only the flowers chosen, but that the vase was perfect, also. I ordered 'Beautiful in Blue' sympathy flowers for an important funeral, and could not have been happier with the elegant arrangement that was created. I now recommend this shop to locals, and we have all been very happy with their creations & excellent service.

This was my Birthday surprise from my daughters! I am so impressed with how beautiful this is and it's not a little plant! It also has a beautiful Peacock feather in it which my daughters said they didn't mention. My parents both passed 2 years ago & our family believes when you get a feather, a lost loved one is letting you know they are with you! Prompt delivery request from an online order that was made after hours yesterday. When called to check on order status early morning, plant was already out for delivery. WOW this place is the worst, I placed an order and asked them to cancel it and they would not, refused to listen to my request, refused to email that i sent them 5 days prior to the delivery date all they cared about was making the money and that is SAD !! I called left voicemails and they refused to listen or cancel my order so now i am disputing the charges with my CC company. STAY AWAY and take your business elsewhere.. they are BAD NEWS !! read more

Received flowers from this florist. Flowers obviously well past their peak. Carnations had brown edges and several tulips were dried up at ends and wouldn't have opened. Called and requested guarantee time for there were several roses in bouquet. Told 24 hour guarantee on roses. Came and picked up bouquet but they called the sender and asked for them to not call them back! How rude ...do not waste your money read more

This business will take your money and give you a cheap version. One side didn't ever have flowers on it. My elderly parents would never complain but I contacted them and obviously if this florist wouldn't give them the arrangement I paid a lot for, I asked for compensation. I don't need the money but it's wrong to charge for what they did and sub cheaper flowers, less of them then the picture you are basing your order on and and then be met with a hostile response. They do have vendors that sell miscellaneous "junk" and we have bought a few items from them as well. This may not be a place for the bougie, albeit we did see some booths with bougie (in our minds eyes) items for sale. Even though we have been here a few times I still don't think we have traversed the entire property. There is just so much and so many booths. We'll be back again. I saw an item behind the shelves that I wanted a price check on and the lady helped me. If you're in the area and you're looking to pick up some thrifted goods, I would definitely recommend checking this store out. They do have a restroom inside but you need to push the button by the door and wait for an employee to come let you into the bathroom. Make sure if you're with someone else that they take your items because you're not allowed to bring merchandise into the restroom with you.

This Salvation Army location in Lakeland is huge, very clean, and extremely well organized. From a distance the shelves look full, but up close there isn't much that stands out. Kind of a "Mona Lisa effect"--better from afar than up close. That said, the staff was friendly. One woman who worked there--short, wore glasses--was especially kind, though I didn't catch her name. The store is laid out nicely, and they had a lot of furniture available. If you're furniture shopping, this might actually be a good stop; the pieces looked decent and reasonably priced. They also appeared to use a color-tag discount system, though I'm not sure if it changes daily. About half the store was clothing, and the other half was bric-a-brac and furniture. I personally didn't find much this visit, but it could've just been an off day. I'd consider checking back in a couple of weeks to see if inventory changes. I did leave with one fun find: a vintage floating pool drink holder shaped like a rainbow, with space for ice and drinks--super cute and only $5. On the flip side, some prices felt off, like used wrapping paper priced at $3 when you can get a new roll at Dollar Tree for $1. Overall, it's worth checking out, especially for furniture, but don't go in expecting major thrifting treasures. Pretty cool that they are open on a Sunday, though. I will give them that. A medium size parking lot right in front. And a big grassy area if you have a dog that needs to go to the bathroom. Check it out? Definitely! Are there better thrift stores in Lakeland? Definitely!
