We ended up doing more than the planned remodel. We knocked out walls, remodeled the fireplace front, new floor throughout, upgraded the Jack and Jill bathroom and extended the patio cover. The Project Manager Johnathan was fantastic. Every crew showed up when scheduled and was very respectful of our home, cleaning daily before they left. Not one time did we have an issue. The cabinets were more than a month late. The quality was mediocre at best, plywood was not top grade. But the problem was the installation. Rather than find a stud, the installer simply drilled holes in the wall until he found a stud. One lower cabinet had 15 holes directly above it. Imagine a whole kitchen and bath. One of the shelves split were they had driven a screw. The doors on either side of the stove opened in the wrong direction. Speaking to Mr. Mathews, their comment was "yeah, we've had problem with him drilling holes in the wall. I'll have to talk to him again." In regard to split shelf was "I can tell you how to fix that." For nearly $10k, I expected a much better product and service. I would not use them again, nor would I recommend them to someone else.
