this group does no actual services as far as I can tell. I've gotten multiple calls from them trying to set up service and when I wait for them to arrive no one shows up. it's clearly a company that has illegal practices of scamming the public, and when asked to be removed from their call list and notifying them I'm on the federal do not call list they say they can't remove the number and continue to call. read more

The most nerve wrecking thing about hiring a contractor is coming across the unexpected. You get a quote, but it's never the end until the work is completed. When Josh came to provide an estimate, he was the only contractor to sit down with me and break down the numbers. He also looked me in the eye confidently and said that he is afraid of what will be underneath the bathroom floor (we had an issue with our upstairs bathroom causing mold in the downstairs master closet). That is what convinced me to hire his team, even though he was not the cheapest quote. After a few days of work which involved removing everything except the bathtub and the toilet, Josh's crew and my family felt like we dodged a bullet. However, Josh was not satisfied and I sensed his hesitation. He was willing to do the job halfway on my instructions, but made sure he made it clear that taking out the entire floor was recommended. After much deliberation, I told him to move forward with what he recommended (it was part of the quote anyway) and, as he predicted, we found the source of our problem. Josh got to work to provide me with the length and cost of extended work. He gave me several options and gave his honest opinions again.
