I'll admit I'm a very detailed oriented person to a fault and they really managed to exceed our expectations!! We flooded in the rains of Harvey. Trades in area were overwhelmed, as much a year wait list. I…read morecontacted Mathews shop. I told them what I wanted, we agreed on a price and delivery time. The cabinets were more than a month late. The quality was mediocre at best, plywood was not top grade. But the problem was the installation. Rather than find a stud, the installer simply drilled holes in the wall until he found a stud. One lower cabinet had 15 holes directly above it. Imagine a whole kitchen and bath. One of the shelves split were they had driven a screw. The doors on either side of the stove opened in the wrong direction. Speaking to Mr. Mathews, their comment was "yeah, we've had problem with him drilling holes in the wall. I'll have to talk to him again." In regard to split shelf was "I can tell you how to fix that." For nearly $10k, I expected a much better product and service. I would not use them again, nor would I recommend them to someone else.

We have a Whirlpool Bottom-Freezer Refrigerator. The ice maker began working intermittently and…read morefinally rolled over and died! .....began hauling ice to fill the ice container below the broke ice maker. And, thank the good Lord, we SMARTLY had purchased an extended warranty through LOWE'S at the time of our purchase. I called Lowe's for a warranty repair and suggested they use C&C Appliance Service to come perform any maintenance necessary. I asked for C&C by name and they located the company and approved my request. Jason Horton had been called out on a Whirlpool Gas Stove that we had about a month and was still under warranty. It was getting so hot to touch; he pulled it out from the wall and removed the back. Jason discovered the stove had absolutely ZERO insulation, then declared it unsafe for use. I contacted Whirlpool who then revealed it was on a new recall list! I then called LOWE'S where we purchased it and had them pick it up and give me full credit. Jason had said the sides were so hot, a fire hazard existed as it was between and below wooden cabinets. We now have another brand of stove working just fine! Bottom line here.....C&C Appliance Service has earned our confidence and trust. Thank you Jason Horton!
