The arrangement was meant to be from her grandchildren so I wanted it to be really specially. I called Smilax to order the Sweet Solace arrangement on their website. Bart told me that if wanted the arrangement from them (as opposed to FTD), there would be a significant price increase from what the web site advertised (40-50% more). I was more worried about getting a pretty arrangement so I places the order over the phone. I asked if they could add a little blue (my MIL's favorite color), Bart said no problem. When I arrived at the church, I did not recognize any of the arrangements as the one I ordered. I figured out which one was mine based on the card and it looked nothing like what I anticipated. There was no blue. It was not the tailored arrangement pictured on the website. Plus there was a ton of filler in this arrangement. So I plan to call the shop on Monday but there's is no way they can make it ok. My mother in law is gone :(

We have called after hours and had the most courteous and helpful service! I highly recommend for services and price!
