Been going to Dr Angelos for about 3 years now. He and his staff are an exceptional crew. They all are very attentive to your needs. Extremely professional and take the time to speak with you. If I could leave zero stars I would. The doctor maybe spent 3 mins with me when I've been having severe itching for MONTHS. He said it was chronic hives. When I've never had any allergies or hives before. Come to find out after seeing 6 different doctors and finding one that would actually listen me to me it was SCABIES. Which I told doctor Angelos in the visit and he acted like I was crazy, I asked him for skin testing and he literally said "for what" I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. Anyways I've now been treated and went back to being completely normal. So if I took his recommendation I would've still been itchy and my root problem still never solved! read more

I have been taking my son here for almost 2 years now for weekly shots and both the assistants and doctor is fantastic! We lost insurance and it became very pricey to continue weekly allergy shots, pay for the appointments, shots, and serum. The doctor was aware and was super accommodating to our situation. Dr. K is so SPECIAL!!!! It is rare to be able to see a doctor who is so in touch with his patients, seemingly unhurried and deeply knowledgeable about his field, willing to listen and carefully evaluate a course of action. There is not a pretentious bone in his body. I've seen him for a year and a half for allergies and asthma. He is direct, thoughtful and caring. His is by far the most efficient allergy office I have seen. With his electronic check-in system, you can sometimes get in for an injection and out the door in two or three minutes!! He has a large and highly qualified staff, in fact stunningly smart in some cases. You will not regret your choice of Dr. Angelo Kousonikolis. For me, the only downsides have been that his office is a 20- to 25-minute drive from my home, and that it took me months to learn to pronounce his last name correctly. I've got it now! If I could leave less ham one star I would. This office overbooks their patients and has you waiting for hours at a time. The last time we went to the office were there for over three hours. Additionally, my daughter was being treated for an autoimmune disease. We have been actively pursuing her treatment and following the medication. I used to work for Dr. Koutsonikolis and 6 years later I am still seeing him as a patient. He is compassionate and very intelligent. He cares for his patients and takes the necessary time to help. If you come in with an Immunological issue, he will get to the bottom of it. Some people complain about waiting at Dr's offices, I hear it everyday. If I could give zero stars for this doctors office, I would have. I want to make it clear, that this is no way a reflection of the doctor, more the practices of the office. I arrived in the office to bring my son for an allergy test, after waiting for an hour and being placed in a room, we were told they could not perform the allergy test because he had taken allergy medication that morning. Nobody advised us that he should not have had allergy medication, although now that I think about it, should've been common sense. Anyhow, we left immediately, had to reschedule. A week later I get an invoice for an office visit. There were no services rendered. When I called the office staff to question the invoice, I was told a doctor, not the doctor that I was there to see, did see him. Yes a doctor came in, asked if he had taken any medication, when the answer was yes, we were guided out of the office and rescheduled. Had somebody notified us prior to the appointment, I would've made sure my son did not take his medication, that did not happen. My time is just as valuable as anyone else's, no need to take hard-earned money for something that was never rendered. Appointment cancelled, will find another practice that does good business. #fail! read more

My body broke out in severe hives and the medication my general practitioner gave me did not help. I went to my dermatologist and it just got worse. Out of options and needing to get back to work I just stood at this guy's door and waited which is unheard of in Palm Beach county where you usually have to call ahead months at a time to get an appointment. They did me a favor and booked me in for a new patient appointment when they obviously did not have any space in their schedule. The front desk people were very nice and professional. Mr. Koutsonikolis was very smart, knowledgeable, and his medical prescription eventually got me better. He actually figured out why my condition was becoming worse and it was due to medicine another doctor gave me which was wrong. He is super nice, funny, and has terrific bedside manner - which also can be a rarity here. The doctor also does not go overboard and overprescribe which is much appreciated. Recommend this place to anyone and especially for kids as I saw many there. read more

My boyfriend first went to see Dr. K for his severe dairy allergies and was so happy with the care he received I decided to see him as well for my asthma and allergies. He is very personable and a great doctor, didn't just walk in and out, truly felt like he takes his time with his patients and listens to you.
