I am sad to write a negative review. #1. It is difficult if not impossible to reach them except…read morethru this yelp site I had to use yelp 3 times to get a hold of them. They responded immediately when I did. Be careful using them . They do not use a hedge trimmer for bushes but a long poled weed wacker. Needless to say the trimming is minimal and its not even. They were suppose to treat a mesquite for bark beetle . I asked to send me the treatment product they would be using. This was on a Friday. Isiah got back and said it would happen on Monday due to his being out of town . Monday came and went. I requested it again and was sent a picture but not the product they would be using. When the mesquite was trimmed (all dead limbs were NOT removed )but held off on a later date due to a beetle infestation according to Isiah. They were suppose to do the job on the 27th. Again they were a no show but showed up on the appointed time on the 28th. I wanted to see the infestation that Isiah said my tree had. He showed me old dead wood with holes in it. I asked him again where the infestation was and he became upset with my inquiry stating that the beetle was not active now ( they were going to use stuff that one used for an ACTIVE infestation). When I questioned what was the point he stated he was going to use granules for any future infestation. He then refused to do the job since I insisted on seeing the "active" infestation. He also said any negative reasons on yelp would be taken down. Hmmn. If you use this service there are things that need to be considered; Will they show up when they say they will. Can you contact them without using yelp? Proper tools being used? They broke off a fair amount of my cacti so make certain ground level plants are PROTECTED from falling branches They are hard workers yet I think more experience ,proper tools and better communication will be a benefit to all.

When our plants died due to extreme heat, Miguel kept his word and replaced the plants that died by replanting during the winter to ensure they adapted. Overall very pleased with the outcome and will be using them for the front yard this season.

Do not use this company!! Horrible work and horrible customer service. Straight to the point - The…read morefinish isn't smooth, it's horribly bowed and the edges aren't straight they're concave!!! Below tells the full story... The brother of the owner is the one who does the work and he's great at communication but the work is nothing but bad. The owner's communication is horrible and the timeframe gets pushed back every single day! They are never close to on time when they say they will be at your house and never respond to your calls or text messages and when they do respond they make up soooo many excuses as to why they haven't communicated. All they had to do is pour a 14'x14' slab for me in my backyard. They poured the concrete and you can see in the photos of the results. They state the concrete came with too large of rock and too dry, yet they still poured it. An experienced contractor would know how the concrete should look when it arrives and they wouldn't use wheelbarrows to carry it from the front yard to the back, especially in 100+ degree weather. Needless to say it turned out horrible. So to fix the issue they poured a self leveler over that dried concrete and it did not fix the issues. Communication continued to be bad and when they finally got the self leveler poured see the results in the photos. I stressed that I wanted the slab level - not only is the slab at a big incline it's a bowed slab. It has a HUGE bow in it and there's no fixing that.

They'll tell you the job will be done "tomorrow at 5am, 100%" and it gets pushed back everyday! It's always an excuse and to make things worse it's not communicated until I reach out to ask if it's getting done. They also want everything paid upfront but are clearly so unreliable. We agreed the payment would be given once the job was complete, however, he kept asking for money prior to finishing because he didn't trust me. Which makes no sense. The one that ended up not being trust worthy was the worker! I was given a quote prior to the job which included "everything" all the weeds and trimming of all plants but then text me when he was doing the job saying it would be $100 extra if I wanted a bush trimmed. I asked why if he had mentioned everything would be included. He did not do it and then was blowing my phone up demanding the payment immediately. When I asked about the bush he said he would go back and trim it the next morning which he never did. I paid him and he then ignored all my text messages asking when he would be stopping by to trim the bush. He kept saying he was concerned I was going to "scam" him and didn't want to get screwed over , yet he ended up screwing me over. So unprofessional and would definitely not hire again!!! So disappointed.
