Horrible service! I had gel paint on my finger and toe nails. I asked to a regular manicure with no nail paint. I paid full price for service that was sub par! She was done with the manicure within few minutes.. I asked her why she didn't put cuticle oil and said lie and said "we don't do that" and when I asked why, she asked "you want?" and then put some for me. She put cream/ moisturizer on my hands but barely any and no massage. I asked her to cut my nails... each nail was different in length by the end of it and so sharp at the edges and rough in general. She took no interest in cutting them all the same length or even filing them nicely. I do a better of it myself! What a waste of $20 and my time! When I told her I wasn't happy she proudly replied "I do fast".... but who asked her to hurry up?! I won't be going back! read more

Then she rushes and if you critique her work or tell her you don't like her work she starts to get rowdy/unprofessional then clutches her phone ready to call the cops cause she knows the people in this area don't even play that. They won't even touch stuff like your cuticles if you not offering extra money. Who does stuff like that? If you have to resort to going to a place like this atleast just wait for Ben or prepare to walk out with little chicklets for nails. They will charge an arm and a leg for average work. read more

Place was empty when I arrived. Nail technician was busy with her phone. When I asked what nail color is in fashion, she reluctantly responded that everyone is different, when I asked what's the most popular one, she again reluctantly responded still staring at her phone. Started pedicure, I complained about water temperature, she gave me a look close to rolling her eyes. No legs or hands massage. Uneven manicure and pedicure, very poor quality and cheap looking job, people will think a kid did it to me. When I complained to the owner, he pretended he has no idea what I'm talking about. Expensive, over priced and rude. $50 for a ombré refill ??? I had to ask for my nails to be filed underneath which they should do and didn't. Nails look awful. She said ask for that next time (cleaning under the nails).. I'm confused why I should ask that anyway. I shouldn't need to say I need my under nail cleaned I knew I should have went to my nail salon but I moved to DE last June. First and last time So if you don't care about the work and pay money for awful work go ahead but I would say go to True Color in NF Philly and they are clean, sanitary, timely and nice. Terrible customer service!!! The nail salon used to be really good. Perhaps business is not good. Now they just tell you any price and that price of not the price listed in the salon and it's OVERPRICED!!!! When I challenged the price the owner got upset and stated it's more money because my nails were not done there originally, like WHAT! This is the third time this salon did this but it was my last time. I took my business elsewhere! And will never return. Maybe this is why their business is suffering right now but doesn't give the right to just say a higher price for a refill a $8 dollar difference. read more

My nails were great, the gentleman who did them was very funny and sweet... But while I was there... a fist fight almost broke out between the young nail tech and two women... the women turned the lights off and knocked the display over, all while screaming "what are you gonna do about it?" The cops were never called, the situation wasn't addressed, just an overall very uncomfortable and unsettling experience. Was happy at first till about 3 days later when I started noticing things. I was getting a full set since I haven't had my nails done in years. I went with a friend and she had great experience but she goes there all the time. This was my first time and I thought I would get a good experience since I was new and would want a returning customer. However I was being switched between 2 people. One lady put the tips on then another did acrylic on and then back to the first one to paint. They rushed threw my nails and didn't get a very good experience. They where not even busy. They didn't put the acrylic to the top of my nail so a few days later it looked like I already needed a fill. Then I noticed they didn't even get my whole nail so my real nail is noticeable on the sides. I would go back if I got someone else maybe but not these 2. Things looked clean, people were nice (it started raining suddenly and one of the girls offered to shut my car windows) and there's plenty of conversation in the room. No complaints, no raves. Lady was rude and rushed my nail job. I have never gotten gel polished removed and redone in less than 30 minutes in my life. No soaking, no cuticle cutting, rush polish job. She seemed very annoyed and impatient the minute I walked in the door and absolutely nobody was in there at the time. Never going back. Oh. And they are not very sanitary either. I'm not sure if I will return and one of my nails broke this morning. Although Ben is ok with nails, the service is horrible and both he and the woman have attitudes and are less than friendly, which may account for why its always pretty empty. He is good with nails but regardless of what you ask, he will tell you what he is and isn't going to do. Asked him to paint the end of my nails and he said he doesn't do that with no reason provided (I didn't want the white showing at the end). He is very particular about how you hold your hands because it hurts his back I guess? Its just a weird, uncomfortable, unfriendly situation. AND Don't bother getting a pedicure here. For gel polish pedicure it is $45 dollars and the pedicure lasts, at best, 15 minutes. And when I said something her response was "well I did my best". 15 mediocre minutes for $45 dollars SMH...For the life of me I can not understand why the woman was rushing because there is never anyone waiting. To be fair, I go during the week so maybe the weekend is more promising for traffic but I assure you, the service is not. read more

I've been there twice so far and the first time the husband did my nails and they were decent(that's why I went back,AGAIN) but on this day (10/1/2021) he was doing someone's pedicure ohk fine I go to Angel a.k.a "the DEVIL" did my nails.so I just wanted a mani becuz of the kinda work I do it consist of me doing a lot of grabbing so I didn't want any tips or anything but long story short the service there was horrible and I wouldn't recommend this nail salon to anyone..it's like she has no soul she's just DARK inside and out she never smiles, she doesn't hold a conversation with you while doing ur nails she's just blahhhh..now the husband he's awesome he's bubbly he talks makes jokes and he takes his time on ur nails,he appreciates ur service if it was just his salon I would definitely come back FOREVER and EVER.. I have never experienced such horrendous treatment in my entire life!!!!!!!!! The man that works at station #4 that wears glasses told me that "I couldn't look while he does my nails". At first I thought he was joking so I laughed because as an adult that is paying for a service I informed " that I CAN and WILL look at anything that I am PAYING for!!!!" I work to hard for someone to tell me like I am a juvenile that I can't look at something that I'm spending my hard earned my on!!! I was not informed prior to being asked to sit in his chair if I would or wouldn't be okay with those conditions. Also just to add it was my first time at there salon I found them on here and actually wanted to try them out with a colleague of mine that is currently visiting from another state, we were going to the mall and was on the way. I went in on Tuesday 8/1 to get my eyebrows done, I had to wait but it turned out alright. I had to do more once I got home my real problem is when I went in on 8/4 to get a full set overlay with NO TIPS!!! I tell her what u want and she's like sure I can to that well she filed my nails too much after I asked her not to then proceeded to get to work. She put the acrylic on and I said no that's not what I want, I want a little length, she immediately pushed my hand away and said "you can go somewhere else" I said I'm not trying to argue with you I just want what I want she said "I can't do that" you can go somewhere else! Ann is the rudest nail tech I have ever experienced. She is short, abrupt and talks about you blatantly. She is so rude with her mannerisms and how she speaks to you. I only like that she is fast. I'm usually in and out but this past Friday will be the last time I ever pay her for a service. Not to mention it's Sunday and two of my gel nail polish is peeling.
