I cannot recommend a business that has questionable practices especially when you can get better service and prices up the road. I have 2 stars because the nails were nice. The toes were sloppy! I learned later that this is common practice here. They charge you more than what they say.

We originally went in for a nail enhancement + pedicure service each, but after waiting some time, we were only able to get our hands done. The interior of the shop is modern and clean. I had specific concerns around which service to receive considering my natural nails were quite brittle at the moment. I spoke with one of the staff, and she gave recommendations based on my concerns, though she was not able to service me herself. The tech who did my nails was not as responsive to my concerns, and I was not pleased with the pain of curing the hard gel, but the results were neat. I do intend to make an appointment to return to the first tech I spoke with, and hopefully find a new nail home!

After I witnessed them service a woman with seriously advanced and highly visible toe fungus and then spray Lysol ONLY in the pedicure tub after, I vowed to never come here again. A few weeks ago I broke down and my mother convinced me to come there because for some insane reason she likes this place. I was given the silent treatment while waiting to ask how long for two pedicures. Other times I have been here, the nail "technician" paused from her job to watch KWTK and gossip as if my time isn't as precious as hers. I'd rather save my money and go get a service from actual licensed technicians.

I went to Lil Boutique to get my nails done with my mom for Mother's Day. The place was really cute and the service was awesome. The people there are really nice and did a fantastic job on my nails. I got the gel done and it lasted a good 2 weeks! I also got my toes done and they give you a quick foot massage before which is great. Not every nail salon does that..overall great experience! I recommend it to anyone who wants a lil pampering to check this place out! read more

This was my first visit to Lil' Boutique Nail Care, LLC and I absolutely loved my experience! I made an appointment for 11 a.m. and that appointment time was honored upon my arrival. I received a pedicure from Mindy and dip powder from Zach both of which were awesome! Zach's technique with the dip powder was wonderful. I am not a fan of when my powder is applied too thick and he applied it with expertise and precision. I will absolutely be returning!!! read more

While I've been to two other nail salons as a "regular", I ended up at Lil' Boutique because a friend lives near. Never mind that I come from West Chester. It's well worth the trip. Zac introduced me to nail dips and I was instantly hooked. He does a masterful job, but unlike a master, he is very humble. If anyone is looking for perfection, you've come to the right nail salon. With me was my 7 year old daughter who had her fingers and toes painted. They did not sit her down at the table but rather made her hold her arm out to get her fingers painted. Then the woman continued to yell at her to stop moving so much! She's 7 and holding her arm in the air! Definitely do not bring your child here as they are clearly not kid friendly. They will offer to redo your nails... but who has time for that! Do it right the first time or offer a discount if you mess up. It's called good customer service.

Note Friday and Saturday cash only. Luckily this was My first time so they accommodated my debit card payment. They have plenty of pedicure chairs. They abide by Covid guidelines and have plenty of plexiglass partitions. The pedicure was not rushed and they put extra time for the massage. I just don't get why I can't control the massage and my position on the chair. Not sure why I see a lot of nail shops do this but I'd like to have control with that. That's really those only negative. They are super attentive, they do not rush the service and do an all around good job. The paint job was perfectly executed, the nails themselves were well done.. however, I hated the shape. My appointment had been at the end of my work day and I was tired and distracted. I didn't fully realize until they were finished that the shape was different than what I expected. I found myself on the way home trying to think of creative ways to make myself like them until my next fill. I also am not the most assertive about asking for changes. Nails are expensive and it didn't make sense for me not to ask to have them fixed, but that is sometimes awkward and uncomfortable. I called the next morning and explained that I wanted to get the shape redone. They booked me no problem. The woman who took my call was so genuinely gracious and accommodating. No one fussed at me or got defensive. Really, I've been getting my nails done for years. These days, my job takes me all over Delco, Philly, Delaware, etc. I have a handful of salons that I visit depending on what's convenient to my location. I have experienced some less than wonderful interactions. Nail Doctor is super professional. Plus, in the end, my nails looked beautiful. :)
