I came in for a mani pedi, left with one too but the manicure i got was not at all what i asked for and i paid for it to not be rude. i rethought it and went back in and asked for my money back because they knew this was not what i wanted and they proceeded to try to convince me that they were the right length and all this other stuff knowing that this was not what i wanted. will not be going back at all and i 100% should've gotten at least some of my money back. read more

My coworker and I went here to get our nails sone and they were really flexible!!! We got dip powder nails but we can't have tips because we work with food. Im sad a little that they didn't do dip extensions but that's fine because nails grow :) We stayed a little past closing but they were super nice and understanding and we both love our nails!!! So un professional.....One of the new girls really messed up my spa pedicure and cut my big toe. I asked the owner twice to have one of the experienced techs to fix the pedicure mess and was ignored. E nails has been my place for the last five years. I would even drive home from college to go there. They are very consistent and the prices are great. I get acrylics with gel and they rarely ever chip and they do the acrylic thin which is how I like it for a more natural look. As always I am so indecisive with my choice of colors. The staff here are wonderful and friendly. As soon as you walked in and tell them what you want they immediately try to help the best that they can. The man that works there help me choose a color and also my design. Prices are very reasonable which is always a bonus for my wallet. The decor is like your typical salon and the location is so convenient. It's in a strip mall with pretty much everything you need to waste a few minutes in while waiting for your turn. read more

This is my go to local place. Its located in the sketchy Big Lots shopping center between the state store and the beer store. Its not fancy by a long shot but that doesn't take away from the dedicated customers that are always packed in there getting their nails done. I really go here because I like the way they wax my eyebrows ( for $6.00!) I don' t think you can beat that price! Heads up though, any service under $10 is cash only and they only accept tips in cash. I've gotten a mani/pedi here only a few times because I'm more of a diy nail girl but I have been happy with the finished product. But just from watching while I've waiting it seems like the big draw here is the acrylic nails. Definitely worth a visit if you need some sprucing up while in Aston. read more

Absolute mediocrity - but at a very cheap price. (A typical case of "you get what you pay for".) My 7 year old and I stopped in - for a polish change ($5) and a manicure for me ($10). Since she got fidgety we both ended up getting polish changes. Mine chipped right away - even though I coulda sworn she used CND basecoat (which is a great product). DD chipped hers too - but that was her fault. Not very clean (I would NOT get a $20 pedi here EVER.). Not coming back. Cheap and would do in a desparate pinch. read more

One star is a gift if there were no stars that would suffice. The worst customer service I ever experienced. The thought that you sit and wait to be served and other people are taken before you. This business needs to realize that just because your door is open people will come, no! I have been going to E Nails for ten years (sometimes I would go long periods without getting nails done, but I would always recommend and always go back to them). I always get the same manicure (SNS) and it has always been strong and lasted a long time, despite my hardworking hands. The last one I got a week and a half ago looked beautiful when i left but I did notice how thin they were. The first break was within 24 hours and I went back and the woman who appears to be manager. She fixed it very roughly and with attitude. The next day I went back with two more broken and they were blaming me! They said that I should get acrylic and were really very rude. I thanked them (despite their rudeness) and told them I would not be back. Three more broke within the week, however I meant it, I would not go back. I just think customers should know that your first bad manicure out of many will be all your fault. Mani/pedi's should be a treat. read more
