I needed to be seen by neurro ASAP for something I was concerned about. Clean, friendly waiting room. I was seen after about 7 minutes By Bridget Ziegler in her office. I noticed a degree from Harvard on her wall. This was not a 'rushed' appointment. She listened to me patiently (note: if you are being seen by a clinician anywhere, write down dome notes so you wont forget anything) I was a bit nervous because I saw so many negative reviews here and elsewhere, but my experience was totally positive. I have been going to Dr. Eneni for several years for Migranes and he has been very good but my most recent experience has been nothing but the most unprofessional experience i have ever experienced with any doctors office. They called me over 1 month ago to tell me that they could not get my Botox from the Taunton office to the Somerset office where my appt is scheduled. I said you mean to tell me that in one months time no one from your office will be going to the Somerset office that would be able to deliver my Botox? They said no, you will have to come get it yourself the day before your visit. I called today which is the day before my visit and Francesca from the Abington office answered the phone. She was the most rude person I have ever dealt with. She wouldn't even listen to what I had to explain about being able to pick up my Botox today. She said she would send a message to the Taunton office but didn't know when they would get the message or get back to me. I needed to know because I needed to make arrangements to get out of work. She stated that "she was at work too" in a cocky tone. I asked her why can't I be connected to the Taunton office to see if it is still there so that I can make arrangements at work to try to get to Taunton at some point today. She said "I can connect you but good luck leaving a message". She had not put me on hold yet but while she was in the process I said to myself NOT to her "what a bitch". She obviously had not connected me to Taunton so I called back and asked her to connect me to the practice manager, she said " I will connect you good luck leaving her a message and good luck chasing your Botox and thanks for calling me a Bitch". How unprofessional is that? I have not been able to get through to anyone but I will be going to my appt in Somerset tomorrow whether or not there is Botox and I will be having a discussion with Dr. Eneni and if he can not rectify this problem, I will be going to another neurologist. They were supposed to fill out paperwork and send it in to my HR department by May 13. I have faxed it twice, have brought it into the office in person twice, and I have handed it to the director of the department once. Additionally, I called after every fax to hear verbally that the fax was received and would be brought to my doctors attention and filled out immediately. I have called nearly every day after the due date, asking why it hasn't been filled it yet. I've heard everything from "we will make sure the doctor fills it out today and we will call you as soon as it sent "(which has never happened by the way), to " oh we just got this yesterday!" ( after I had personally delivered it to the department head a week prior, in addition to delivering it in person that week, as well as faxing it twice two weeks before that). Yesterday, I was finally told that the doctor had seen it and was happy to fill it out, but he wanted to see me at his office again and that I should drive an hour and a half, concussion, nausea and all, to see him in an office in Abington. What the crap?! I gave him the paperwork two days after he had seen me in his office. If they had filled it out when they were supposed to, we wouldn't be having this conversation! I will be writing negative reviews for them all over the place. If they cost me my job because of their ineptness, then there will be more than just bad reviews to come. I saw the doctor in Brighton. The doctor is nice in person, as is everyone else, but niceness does not run a business. Should you need paperwork completed, you will be waiting a month or more (I have yet to have mine completed). read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst place I've ever been to, the EEG tech was very rude, and Dr. Eneyni throws medication at you even when it isn't needed. I had severe side effects to the medication he put me on and he had the audacity to tell me my medication had no side effects and to get tested for covid and Lyme and up my dosage. My medication came with 4 pages of side effects and a quick google search would show the side effects also but whatever. I had never had seizures before but I went here and all of a sudden I had seizure activity on both sides of my brain and needed medication immediately. I missed out on work and other social activities because of a "doctor" who does nothing but prescribe medications and will maybe talk to you for 5 minutes. Save your time, and energy just go to any other doctor besides this one. read more

I appreciated the relatively long intake with a PA and overview of my symptoms. I also appreciated that the doc offered to review my MRI scan since only one person had looked at it previously. Ultimately, though, my diagnosis here was incorrect as it turns out I am battling an infection that is causing me CNS symptoms. read more

Staff needs lessons in Customer Service and professionalism. Anytime I call, they sound as though they would rather be anywhere else but there. This is literally the worse doctors office you go ever attend. I wish I could rate them a 0. They deserve it! I've been a patient for 8 years and I keep giving them chance after chance but every time I go there something happens. I have seen 8 doctors through the practice all of them have been extremely rude and don't listen to anything I have to say. Not to mention they all run no less than 45 minutes behind. I got a call in October from one of the other locations to schedule an EEG for my son in December at the Taunton location. When we got there I was told there was no record of an appointment being scheduled for my son. It took two other staff members to find that there was an appointment scheduled but it was scheduled as a consultation and then cancelled because the doctor had to leave for the afternoon. When I asked why no one called to tell me the appointment was cancelled I was told (in a condenseding tone) that if I had set up my voice mail I would have gotten the message. After insisting that my voice mail is set up they confirmed that they called the wrong number and had called a different patient to cancel my sons appointment - someone who has absolutely no connection with my son or I, when I asked why they called someone else to cancel the appointment they couldn't answer me. When asked why they scheduled the consultation instead of the EEG that my sons pediatrician ordered I was met with looks of confusion and could not get a straight answer out of three different people. read more

One of the worst medical offices I have ever stepped in. Reception is unable to do the simplest of things, such as look up a referral number. "Velvet" was obnoxious, ill mannered, unskilled with no customer service ability. Between her texting and popping her gum, the pink dreadlocks, and turning her back to me when I asked her a question, I decided this was NOT the office I wanted to be in. The icing was when I asked to speak to her boss, she called him and he put me on hold for 10 mins.. Even though I could see him through the glass door playing on Facebook.... I went here for the first time in August and I was greeted by friendly staff at the front desk, and I waited maybe 10 minutes to see the doctor. The time spent in exam room w/ doctor was about 30 mins, a full exam was done and the doctor was very nice. The only issue I had was how long it took to schedule MRI's and other tests, but that was one the hospital end not Angels. I have a follow up at the end of October. Hope all goes well. read more

My first appointment is an hour late. The doctor rushes me out in five minutes saying I have chronic migraines and here's some pills. I stop him for a minute and ask him if he's sure, because he doesn't know my medical history or my family history or anything. He says "We'll do an mri to cover our bases." A month later, the mri shows a few things and he says they don't cause headaches or tinnitus or vertigo. A quick google search shows that of course they do, but whatever. I go back one last time because I've now lost some hearing in the ear that has tinnitus and the nurse practitioner refuses to do any tests or anything. He says they only do mris and I've already had one. I ask about blood tests or other scans or anything cause I'd prefer not to go deaf in that ear, and he says I can get a lyme test maybe. Then just writes me a different prescription and thats it. Absolute waste of time. I only went here because the neuro's in boston all had four month waiting lists, but it's better just to wait if you can. read more

I have been to the Abington and Taunton offices. In Abington every time I have been there, the desk staff acts like your invisible. You go up to the window upon check in and they do not even look up to acknowledge you. This is my experience anyway. They are not on the phone or helping another patient.. they just ignore.. Nothing they were doing made them so busy they could not even look up and welcome us and let us know it would just be a minute, or tell us they would be right with us. They are young and immature kids. Even on checkout with the doctor RIGHT there, I had gone up to the window and I am standing there with my paper work trying to hand it to her, it has all the information she needs on it to schedule our next appointment, what the appointment is for, when it needs to be scheduled, I am holding it up to her and shes IGNORING me, waiting for the Dr. and asking him over and over again, interrupting him just to find out what we need. Instead of just asking me, or taking the paper work or even acknowledging I was at the window. She just looked up, looked away and that was it. It is like they want to make it a point that you are bothering them. In Taunton, it wasnot as bad but I was still not akcnowledged upon walking in. The girl stared at her computer until she felt like she was ready for me, again no "Good afternoon" or "Just a moment" nothing. When she did acknowledge me she was atleast nice. Can not say that much for the girls in Abington. As for scheduling appointments, I got my first 3 immediately, practically on demand, it was almost as if they were just trying to drag us in and hook us as a patient for the money. Then as soon as we got our diagnoses, we can not get another appointment. The doctor specifically said he wanted to see us in a week, no later, no matter what.. yet there was apparently no appointments. They would not fit us in at all. The doctor just kind of walked away for them to deal with it and they did not deal with it! The doctor also mentioned some things he was concerned about and said remind him of it next appointment. There were like 3 different things I was to remind him of, instead of him taking note of it and putting it in the chart, he wanted ME to remind him.. well when I did, he looked at me like I had 3 heads and said oh "thats no big deal, thats fine" like no need to worry about that. Well then why did he act concerned at the previous appointment and why did he want me to remind him of it. He did not even seem to remember what I was talking about. I came here so I didnt have to drive to Boston, I don't have the gas money and I always get lost there, as far as I know this is the only place outside of Boston but I could be completely wrong. I am definitely doing more research because I am not happy with this place at all. I almost wonder if the diagnoses is a fake just to keep a patient. Because, it seems like all they care about is keeping a full schedule and nothing about the patients or what is actually going on with them! And yes the wait time is ridiculous. A good 30-45 minutes after your scheduled time. There was nobody else in the whole building and we still waited 45 minutes. Oh and while sitting in the waiting room the girls behind the desk started talking about how her brothers girlfriend broke up with him and she was going on and on about she was starting trouble with her brothers girlfriend and telling her off on facebook because of it. TOTALLY unprofessional. Oh yeah (I keep thinking of more things) On check out in the Taunton office, the whole front area around the desk smelled like cigarettes from them going out and smoking right next to the door. God, I could go on and on abou this place I guess. read more

i find angel"s to b very warm and sincerly interested in thier patients well being yes sometimes then run a little behind but....once you get to know them u will see it is because they listen and answer your concerns.i hav been going to angels for years and find all of the staff very nice !!!! and they are very competent !!!!!!! read more
