Once there, I ignored the fact that they did not seembto understand a word I was saying about the job. I can certainly understand a small contractor who may not have much experience. But when someone represents themselves as being a contractor, there are somethings that they are expected to know. Finally, when I returned to the jobsite after being unable to reach Boyd, to my horror I found a bag of concrete that had been dumped on the floor and had hardened. Sight unseen, with a few questions about the job over the phone, Kiwi provided competitive, reasonable, accurate estimate over the phone and was available that same week. Arrived on time (early) to job site with all materials and skilled, polite assistant. When paint I provided did not match, he quickly provided a solution, cutting a small piece of paint away in a non-visible location and mended three pickets on the fence outside while I got the paint matched at Ace in 15 minutes. Great with dogs. Military friendly, emphatically offering a 15% military discount even though I did not mention I was military prior to the job quote. If you want trustworthy, competent, reasonable handyman in Corpus Christi, you want these guys. Highly recommend!

I could not have found a better team. From the day of the initial walk-through and bid to completion the team was professional, courteous, educational when needed, excellent communicators. They not only bring expertise they also bring integrity. They truly treat the job as if it was their own home. They removed/replaced old drywall, painted, remodeled down to the studs in some areas to expand the space as much as possible, replaced flooring, repaired poor plumbing from previous job, completely gutted and rebuilt the bathroom, replaced/repaired windows and doors. I was living and working in the house at the time, and they did an excellent job of minimizing disruptions. I was as informed as I needed to be - no more, no less. I would recommend them to everyone.
