During that time, Christian told me privately that he did not feel he could effectively counsel my husband due to difficulties with comprehension and understanding cause and effect. As the divorce and custody process became increasingly complex and stressful, I shared serious concerns about financial disputes, ongoing legal conflict, and my overall safety and well-being. I did not feel these concerns were meaningfully addressed. I also did not feel supported in addressing the broader patterns of conflict affecting my life and my children's stability. Over time, I became concerned about what I perceived as inconsistencies between earlier statements made in therapy and later professional involvement. This left me feeling uncertain about boundaries and objectivity. I raised these concerns directly but did not feel they were adequately acknowledged or explored. This has been an extremely difficult and ongoing period in my life. I was hoping for clarity, accountability, and consistency. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I originally started seeing Christian with my former partner of five years. Christian respectfully helped us navigate an unhealthy relationship without judgement. After six months of therapy my partner and I parted. For the last year and a half I have seen Christian alone. Our sessions are filled with humor, hard hitting questions, metaphors, and esoteric wondering. He is smart, spiritual, balanced, family centered, and data/research-based. He has a killer memory, is professional, visionary, and down-to-earth.
