I was very pleased with the quick response of the owner and her willingness to come and see the space and set up a time to clean it. Most communication took place via text message and the owner arrived when she said she would and cleaned like I was hoping. They do charge for travel time one way, which I thought was unusual but given the competitive rate, I think it is still worth the cost.
