I've been using Tessa services for over a year. They are so good at cleaning. I only have good things to say about the cleaners.

We weren't fortunate enough to receive the same experience as everyone else who posted. We were given a checklist and told that they adhered to it every cleaning. This was not the case whatsoever. Never once did they live up to standards that they set themselves. I never asked for special attention to anything, I only expected them to follow through with what they told us they would do, and it just wasn't possible. I will say that Tessa was accommodating if we needed to switch dates for special occasions. I found that to be very helpful when we needed it. However, after giving it 6 months of cleanings we finally had to end the service. They damaged our walls several times with their vacuum hoses.After numerous complaints and explaining the need to avoid the walls to every single different group that cleaned, we had the walls repaired on our own dime. We were only offered a $30 off coupon for the mess up just to have them damaged again. Once again, the burden is on us to pay for the repairs. We never had any consistency with the cleanings, and it seemed we always had different people in the home. I understand it's not always possible to have the same people there, however it seemed as though there was always someone being trained in our house. The attention to detail is just not there and it always seemed rushed! Streaks on the mirrors, water spots all over the wood floor, nothing was moved to be cleaned under. Tessa was always available to talk to and responded quickly but what she promised was rarely delivered. We tried to schedule a walkthrough with Tessa but it just never was possible right after a cleaning to show her what was problematic. read more

They are always professional. They have found jewelry that I've lost. They are thoughtful around my kids and extra quiet if my baby is asleep. They were excellent in many regards: Ease of doing business - I was able to easily get in touch with them. No run-arounds or poor customer service like other companies. We were able to work around my atypical scheduling needs. Quality of cleaning - They didn't just do surface cleaning. They really got down into strange corners and crevices that weren't even obviously dirty. It's those small areas that make a big difference. Cost - *Very* competitive rates for their cleaning services. Personable - They were so friendly that it actually caught me a little off guard. Many people drag their feet throughout their day jobs like they can't wait to be done... but they were so upbeat and funny, yet such hard workers. Called Tessa based on Joe D's review. We were leaving a 3 month rental at the lake and needed to have the cottage cleaned from top to bottom. Tessa stopped by the week before to look over the job and quote me a price. She came dressed in a business suit and was very professional. She even removed her shoes as she did the walk-thru. On the designated day, she came with 2 employees. Lovely cheerful girls. Plus they came with their own cleaning supplies etc. Needless to say, they did a beautiful job in less than 2 hours. Excellent Used Tessa for a whole house deep clean. Tessa comes ahead to look at what condition your house is in and gives a fair price with her knowledge of how much work it will take to get as clean as possible. A crew of 4 ascended on my house and got right to work top to bottom. My oven was really bad and my bathrooms were looking bad especially the toilets which that had hard water crusty buildup that I have been trying to remove with different chemicals and scrapers for years. My 8x11 area rug had a hump in it from furniture sitting on it so (the leader of the crew- sorry don't remember her name, she told me but with all the activity it passed over my head) decided to move all the furniture and straighten it out, just to make it right, which also enabled her to clean it even better. The whole crew gets down and dirty, toilets, tub/shower, oven, refrigerator, microwave, closet doors, baseboards and corners, blinds and inside windows. When they were done 7 hours later it was impressive. The toilets and oven look like new (can't believe they got the crusty hard water buildup off) Everything was done to the best that could be done. Very personable, professional and thorough. If it's cleanable, they can do it, and do it right. They don't cut corners. Bottom line, unlike other cleaning companies out there Tessa is dedicated to get your house as clean as possible and take pride in their work. I will use them again and recommend them to my friends who need a very professional reliable cleaning service. Tessa and her crew are fabulous. Called her because we had just moved in to our new condo and I was overwhelmed with the unpacking and sorting and organizing and cleaning. In desperation I looked for help. Just that day, someone came by with a flyer about her business. I really think she was an answer to prayer.
