However, the work I got done was just pretty disappointing. The acrylics weren't painted all the way and the designs I got were sloppy -- not even properly colored. Since the beginning of the year though, I have been consistently frustrated with how my nails have turned out. Today I came in for a full set and specifically asked for a female technician, but was given a male. Very frustrating!! Then, on top of that he cut my cuticles numerous times and this is quite literally the worst full set I've ever gotten. It looks horrible. I tried multiple times to have him fix stuff, but he didn't understand. He didn't do any of the normal manicure treatments and barely put a dot of lotion on my hands. I also asked for a water and was never brought one. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

She politely said thank you and left. I was only one of two customers in the salon. The nail tech didn't seem to know what she was doing but it didn't turn out bad. However, I told Frankie who did my pedicure that I wanted the $35 pedicure. I even showed him the picture on the brochure. I am a retired sr and have to account for all of my extras. So it was a SHOCK when they told me my pedicure was $55!! I guess he used a gel but no he did not tell me or ask me about it. I was so upset. Even the dip was $50 instead of $45. It seems like this place just tries to steal money from their customers. I normally leave a $20 tip but I couldn't today because of the overcharge. This is definitely the LAST time I will visit them!
