DO NOT rent from these people. Office staff is incredibly rude and condescending, and they talk to their paying tenants as if they're stupid. There are bats hanging around (literally) in their condo buildings, and when you call maintance to collect them and humanely dispose of them in the wild (woods), they take weeks, sometimes months, to do anything about it. Meanwhile you're scared because this mammal is right next to your door and could literally bite you and give you rabies. Numerous termites and bugs in every room of your apt/condo no matter how much you spray and no matter how clean you are because the building itself has never been sprayed nor cleaned. Also, there is always mold in your bathroom and in your kitchen, and water/wood damage, because all pipes are always leaking, leaving damaged wood/sinks/cabinets underneath. When you call them about it, they take MONTHS to send someone to fix it, and they usually don't until it's leaking to the person who lives under you. AC and heating units never work properly because they're prehistoric, from 1978 and so therefore your heat and ac never works properly. The amounts of dust in your apt/condo make it so that you can't even breathe properly because the vents have NEVER been cleaned out, making you sick with respiratory issues. Doors and door handles are so old that none of them work and none of them can be opened or closed or locked properly. The apartment walls are never painted between tenants which is so unhygienic and unhealthy. I've painted my entire condo after moving in because the walls were so dirty, no maintenance whatsoever was done after the previous tenant moved out. They also don't do background checks on their tenants so any sort of criminal or psychopath could be your neighbor. If you're harassed or threatened, and you report it to Anglin, they do nothing to protect the safety of their tenants, they simply couldn't care less. So, if you want bats, bugs, mold, water damage, non-working ac/heating units, unpainted dirty walls, unsafe buildings, non-working washing machines in the laundromat (one machine per 8 unit building) and incredibly rude and condescending office staff, that will take MONTHS (if not years) to address ANY maintenance issues, despite your numerous (unanswered) calls and emails, then rent from Anglin. If you want decent, safe and comfortable living with properly functioning stuff, go elsewhere. Shameful. They never take any accountability and always blame everything on the tenant and whoever else they can too. read more
