The location is great, so far the best facility we have seen in the McAllen and Mission Area. When I moved to RGV I was so happy to find out that there's an aerial arts studio here! I signed up right away and haven't looked back since! They have multiple classes for all levels. The main instructors, Karla and Jess are patient and friendly. Their teaching style is great! Classes are $25 each but you can sign up for different packets to make the classes cheaper. Class times vary but most are in the afternoon. Some classes also available on the weekends. If you've ever seen a cirque du soleil show and wanted to give it a try yourself, I recommend you sign up for a class. The students are also very friendly and encouraging. The race was well organized, there were plenty of water and Powerade Stations, and terrific after race atmosphere. Sure appreciated that the 10K and Half marathon finishers both received medals. The pancakes, "My fit foods" samples, fresh fruit, muscle milk and ice cold Powerade were well appreciated. It was inspiring to see so many military personnel out there. A shout out to Officer Rich (never got his last name) who ran the half with his uniform and full back pack. The Wounded Warrior Half and 10 K benefited the Semper Fi fund and Reserve Aid. This was a fun, albeit hot race! Looking forward to next year~

Without a lot of places around like it, it's nice to have this club here…read more First the positive: This is a safe place to shoot skeet or trap. They have around 3-4 skeet fields and two trap fields. Skeet fields have a "high house" and a "low house" for clays. Near the back they have an advanced set up for the guys that shoot competition or whatever. Plus, they plan to expand in the near future. Rules are posted on the field for you to see. Cons: The price is a little steep if you're on a budget. Membership is $150 a year and you have to be a member of the NRA to join. If you''re 29 yrs old or younger, it's only $25 a year. The club is open to the public only two days a week, and you have to take a short safety course to even be able to shoot there regardless if you're a member or not($25). You can't use the pistol range if you aren't a member. The manager, let's just say she can be a bit strict at times.
