I will not however think I will be using nick again. He was very nice and professional but I would have liked more help and clarification on a few things. I was unsure of how to use a travel agent and maybe I just didn't have the right questions but getting on the cruise the my time dining to a new cruiser would have been nice to have been explained and set at a specific time. Because of this we ended up paying more and going to speciality dining often. While those places were outstanding, it could have been avoided. I would have liked more help with my flight as I ended up not feeling good about the price I ended up with, after the fact I was told I could have received more help on this. We did a family Royal Caribbean cruise to the Caribbean, maybe he is better with Disney cruises specifically but again maybe I didn't say the right things. Very cordial person though

Yes, I will acknowledge that I was more…read morecomfortable riding in an Uber, but this taxi company has saved me and for that I am grateful. Back in December of last year, I came to interview for a job in Van Wert, OH. I had little knowledge of the area, I was born and raised in Miami, FL and I have lived in its county my whole life. I was able to get to Van Wert in an Uber from Fort Wayne... but when I was looking to see the night before I left back to Miami if I could order an Uber to take me back to Fort Wayne Airport, I found out they didn't service the area! They will take you to Van Wert... but they won't pick you up from Van Wert. I started frantically trying to look up taxi companies and couldn't find any online or no one who would call me back. Thankfully the front desk person at the Holiday Inn told me there was a taxi company that came there once and dropped off business cards. I found the card and called. Hallelujah! They agreed to pick me up! It may have been slightly more expensive than an Uber, but it got me where I needed to go! I have since used it a few times as my family currently only owns one car and we need to buy a second. It's definitely become my way to get to Fort Wayne Airport. Being able to get a taxi company to come pick you up in Van Wert at 4:00 am especially is not easy! So I am thankful this taxi service does the job!

Didn't know if Uber would be a option at 5:00am in Fort Wayne. They were on time and the guy was nice. Although the cab was the nastiest car I have ever rode in and I'm now sitting at the airport smelling like a ashtray. I travel a lot for work and this was hands down the worst car ever. They aslo charge me a flat rate of $35 for a 20 minute ride when I could have got a Uber at the time for $16. Looking back I should have just cancelled upon seeing and smelling the car but didn't want to be rude. They couldn't even pay me $35 to ride in the car now. I'm embarrassed to even sit next to anyone at the airport and I feel sorry for whoever has to sit next to me on the plane. Also the receipt that was emailed to me showed up as gemgirl30@gmail.com and says nothing about a taxi service. Should be fun trying to get this expensed for work.

She was so patient, so kind, and our people really connected with her. She handled every situation with professionalism and class. We felt pampered indeed! And your bus was first class! Very deluxe indeed! Very clean and everything worked - the wifi, the mics, the plugs, the seat belts, the lighting (we loved the rainbow of colors available). Unfortunately, with other bus companies, we have not experienced that. We will definitely be calling Excursions for our future trips and requesting Laura.
