I called early today (around noon) to request a ride to the airport at 7:30 this evening as I am…read morecatching a flight out. I was guaranteed a car will be there to pick me up at 7:30 pm. At 7:32, I called to ensure the driver was on his way, and the dispatcher called to find out where the car was only to find out he was still at least 20 minutes away. I understand things happen, however, I got no apology, just a list of excuses and the claim that she has no control over the cars.  What Limousine company has no control over their cars' schedule?   I typically use three rivers limousine, however when I called them previously, they were honest and told me that they did not have availability. I was forced to drive to the airport, pay for parking, and hope that the weather isn't lousy while I'm gone, which is the primary reason I request limousine service to the airport in the winter. Again, I can be forgiving of errors, however, when I call, and am extremely polite (initially), and only get a list of excuses, this is completely unacceptable.  I will ensure to avoid A-1 limousine in the future, and will ensure I provide warning to my colleagues if they need to be somewhere important at a given time.

After getting on the road, was told we needed to detour (we are on our way to the airport at 5am) to pick up another passenger. Driver talks continually about saving riders money and bad mouths other companies. Arrive at airport where collects double fare (hotel prepaid for my ride) from the two parties, and are told we need to unload luggage ourselves. Preschedule an Uber, save money (yup, still cheaper) and enjoy a ride with one of the many friendly Fort Wayne Uber drivers.
