They are giving preference to a scammer that their client didn't even hit directly. They are giving me the runaround and will not settle with me - the one who was hurt & Guzman totaled my car. Guzman & the scammer were conspiring at the scene of the accident to make a fake claim of injury. My own insurance company got rid of 2 different scammers that tried to say they were hit & injured but weren't. I am beyond angry and tired of these CSAA idiots. The scammer didn't even show proof of financial responsibility & got a ticket for that. Yet CSAA is not doing anything about my claim & will not assign an adjuster or call me back & keep me updated.
